ALLISON, appreciate you joining us today. We’d love to hear how you think where to draw the line in terms of asking friends and family to support your business – what’s okay and what’s over the line?
The success of my business has been built on my sphere of influence, which includes family, friends and business affiliates. I was a successful Real Estate Investor before I decided to get my license. My sphere of influence knew my success as an investor, when I decided to get my license, they were excited for me but also trusted me. Based upon their support and word of mouth, I’ve been able to grow my business.
ALLISON, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
Finding the right real estate agent when you are focusing on a financial investment as substantial and as personal as your home is crucial. I have over 20 years as a Real Estate Investor and I’ve been a licensed Realtor for 4 years. I obtained my license to remove the middle man out of my deal and to help others navigate the real estate process.
What you should know about me is that I’m a Realtor who believes wholeheartedly in the unique, personal nature of Real Estate. I carefully guide you through the many steps and decisions required in a Real Estate transaction. I am fully committed to providing you a noticeably high level of service that will make your real estate experience as easy and as stress-free as possible.
How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
I have built my business by focusing on my sphere of influence. The majority of my business is from people I know personally or I was referred by someone who knows me personally. My family, friends and business associates know and understood my work ethic and eagerly supported me when I obtained my Real Estate license.
We’d love to hear about how you keep in touch with clients.
I have a system in place where I connect with my sphere on a regular base, my contacts to them include, events, mailings, social media, texts, calls etc. I’m intentional about keeping them abreast of the industry and just saying hello.
