We were lucky to catch up with Allen Hall recently and have shared our conversation below.
Allen , appreciate you joining us today. Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?
As a entrepreneur that has his hands in several pots, I have an overall agenda. Multiple Streams of Income, Generational wealth, Sharing success to lift people out of poverty. One day soon my children and grandchildren will not know poverty. The system I’m creating will bring down crime drastically in the Black community because I’m not supplying jobs but careers. Jobs don’t change generations, only successful business Men & Women do that. My goal is to teach how money actually work and how to play the money game.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
To make a long story short, I’ve been raised to be a business owner & entrepreneur but because of my immaturity I fought against it for many years, My grandmother started businesses in Oakland California and was successful in theJanitorial and carpet cleaning industry. My mother modeled for ebony magazine in the 70’s and opened small boutique’s, MY father’s were all in the military, my family are producers, musicians, Sports players and artist…..I myself opened my first business at 22 years old cleaning carpets and securing janitorial contracts throughout the bay area. I’m also an entertainer(Comic) and love to be on stage….Today I’m in the Event Industry producing public Tradeshows,I’m the CEO of NAWE AFRICA and a partner in 2 Startups launching this summer 2023 lol
Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
When you you lose everything, regroup and see what you must let go and what you need to keep. After the storm hits your life whatever isn’t locked down or solid let it go! I lost everything… business, marriage, health and friends, out of all the people I gave my Time, income and life to..I only had 5 people that actually encouraged me spiritually, financially and physically. Remember not everyone belongs in your circle

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?
I had to learn to be silent when I’m in a room of important people and ask questions and also don’t be too smart!
