We were lucky to catch up with All Black recently and have shared our conversation below.
All, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Owning a business isn’t always glamorous and so most business owners we’ve connected with have shared that on tough days they sometimes wonder what it would have been like to have just had a regular job instead of all the responsibility of running a business. Have you ever felt that way?
My Happiness was never going to come from what job I had or whatever sort of business model I was operating. Happiness is found internally. However to answer the question, I do find that I experience far more moments of joy and happiness running my business than I had experience in previous moments but that was all a refection upon me and my current ability to exercise happiness and willfully produce more of that which makes me happy no which job I had was going to determine such. My environment is a reflection of my current state of consciousness and as I expand spiritually so do I physically, mentally and yes finically. It’s a blessing to be able to work full time for my company and to be able to pour into myself freely without obligation to playing at a level that I know no longer serves me. You see at a specific point in playing the game and working out the kinks and shaking off the shackles you come to realize that there is no turning back. That after all freedom is liberating and so long as you remain in an unbreakable faith, that is to say a that you’re determined to keep a steady stride towards achievement than victory is already yours.

All, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I in a 3 dimensional sense am a 25 year old transgender women and I go by the name of A.B.
Back in 2021 I had quiet my job as a truck driver and decided to sell crystals. At the moment my knowledge on crystal was equal to the knowledge I had on running a business. I’ll be honest this was no long thought out process is was in fact very abrupt and immediate decision. Returned the keys to my truck and then came home ready to see what was next. Life is always changing and if we resist the change we create suffering. What had happened was I had gotten all I could form my then current circumstance and rather than staying in an environment that I knew I had out grown I jumped into the unknown. This isn’t the first occasion that I dove head first into entrepreneurship, it was the second only in this go round my faith had been tested and strengthen. So I got into selling crystals with nothing other than faith and my last dime.
At the beginning of the journey we offered a small collection of hand made crystal jewelry such as bracelets, necklaces, and earrings. We also offered handmade dreamcatchers and prayer feathers. The booth that we had at the locale farmers markets also featured a few raw crystals and tumbled stones and even smudge sticks. Now a days the collection is anything but small. Not only has. the jewelry expanded massively so have our other products and we eventually added hand carved crystals, incense, essential oils and handmade crystal rings. The services we provide include Tarot Readings and Energy Healing.
The magical thing about selling crystals is that I get to be around them 24/7. I get to meditate with them, sleep with them and connect with them. It makes what I do so special. I get to sort of foster them until they find a home and while they are in my care I get to put love into everyone of our products. I think this really shows when I comes the the way that I display my collection. Often I get compliment like “wow this is beautiful” or ” you have such an amazing collection” and my favorite ” Look They Have Crystals!” It’s the excitement that is expressed when we see the beauty in what others would call a rock and to be able to share my wisdom and knowledge about the crystals and the properties that they possess is an incredible feeling. Or if I am working one on one with a client during a reading or a healing service the energy that is exchanged is breathtaking. That is what it comes down to its the energy exchange, it’s the experience you receive when you become a customer or client of mine because the space that we are able to co-create is beyond words and it is more than the exchange of money. It is a moment of healing, love and respect that leaves you feeling seen, cared for and guided.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
Everyday is a test of faith and it is in the breath that we can find resilience and the will to keep going. Nothing however has strengthened my resilience like doing pop up markets. In life there are a number of things that can arise and present too you a challenge of shorts. Uncle Sam can freeze your bank account, the help you hired can not show up, the wind can be so kind as to take your tent for the toy that it is and snap it to pieces. A lot of things can go “wrong” and it doesn’t matter how physically prepared you are, spiritually speaking your fate it set. In cultivating an attitude that can tactfully and gracefully take on the test of faith can you find it within you to preserve though and challenge that comes your way. When Uncle Sam did as he did I didn’t roll over and take it I remained open to what I could do not what I couldn’t and found a way to keep playing this game called business. When my help didn’t show didn’t mean that the show was cancelled, no I was gifted the opportunity to see that I didn’t need the help to produce a successful result. When I showed up to the same event on two separate days did I find my canopy tent laying on the grown not how I had left it the previous day, I didn’t get frustrated and say why me, I looked at it took a deep breath and told myself the show must go one that quitting was only an option when I didn’t have respect in myself, my craft or in the grind. You see and that’s what it is, when you have respect for the grind resilience take on a whole new meaning. When you channel the essence of what it means to be resilient in your faith, in your goals, in your cosmic duty there is no challenge that will ever some to seat you. The challenge is for your growth and that what we don’t get in the beginning. Im not going to lie I thought it was going to be easy building a business running the brand I thought it was going to be easy. What is found was that it isn’t easy but it is worth it.
