We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Alisha Belton a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Alisha , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Before we get into specifics, let’s talk about success more generally. What do you think it takes to be successful?

Everyone thoughts of what Success is or looks like is different. In my opinion It Takes Prayer , Failure, dedication, Love and you simply enjoying the journey to Be Successful. Like Zig Ziglar once said “ Success is not a destination, it’s a journey”.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

My name is Alisha Belton. I am a Registered Nurse and Founder of Codetrophic Hair Growth Oil. I never for once imagined myself here today being a part of the Hair Care Industry. It feels like a dream but here I am. Codetrophic hair growth oil officially launched in December of 2021. This hair oil was created to help those in need of a healthier, stronger hair due to damages caused to the hair from many different reasons. It is suitable for all hair types and textures. Great for both Male and Female. Having trouble growing your hair, edges or Bald spot? Look no Further your prayers have been answered. The ingredients in our hair oil such as rosemary oil, coffee bean oil and peppermint oil and many more is just one of many that sets us a part from others. I am most proud of the impact that we have so far in the hair care Industry and with God by my side it will only get Better. I would like clients and followers to know that you are our priority. Helping each and everyone of you , even though it sounds impossible is my Goal . Here at Codetrophic “HAIR” is our Code. We want everyone to have Healthy, Alive Impressive and Refreshing hair.

What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?

Social media as always been good but The best source for new clients for me has been word of mouth. People tend to trust the opinion of others or fellow friends when it comes to hair products.

Can you open up about how you funded your business?

Honestly me being a Registered Nurse has helped me alot. This was how I was able to get started in the right way with my business. Truth is The financial part of having and maintaining a business is extremely stressful. No one talks about this but I thank God daily for what he has given me so far and what he will continue to do for both me and my business.
