Some of the biggest trends we are seeing in this industry is clients focusing on preventative & regenerative skin health! our clients, especially those in their 20s and 30s are moving from a “fix it when it’s broken” mindset to a “protect and prevent” philosophy. They’re not waiting for visible damage to appear — they want to preserve skin quality early using science-backed skincare and non-invasive treatments
Most clients are choosing:
-Microneedling (especially with exosomes or growth factors)
-Skin barrier-focused facials using enzymes, peptides, and hydration layering
-Professional-grade skincare
-Chemical peels (like VI Peel) as seasonal resets
– Lifestyle-integrated skin routines

In the esthetics industry, I’m fortunate to help people feel more confident in their skin every single day and that’s a true honor. I genuinely enjoy going the extra mile, adding thoughtful touches to each appointment that make clients feel special and seen.

Have you ever had to pivot?
Operationally, we’ve experienced all of the struggles that come with scaling a business (staffing, inventory, physical space). During our third or fourth year in business, Covid hit and really threw everything out of whack. In a lot of ways, this was the large bump in the road, but it also provided us an opportunity to fully re-imagine the way we provide service to our clients.
On a personal level, it also allowed us the opportunity to step back and fully realize our passion that is this business. They say that distance makes the heart grow fonder and that has absolutely been true throughout the pandemic.
