Alexandria, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today What’s been the best thing you’ve ever seen (or done yourself) to show a client that you appreciate them?
1. Personalized Thank-You Notes: Sending a handwritten thank-you note after a project is completed can leave a lasting impression.
2. Client Appreciation Gifts: Small, thoughtful gifts such as organizing supplies, gift cards, or a book on organization can show gratitude.
3. Follow-Up Check-Ins: Periodic follow-ups to check on the client’s progress and offer additional tips can demonstrate ongoing support and appreciation.

Alexandria, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
