Alexandria, appreciate you joining us today. How did you come up with the idea for your business?

Cozy Home Studios was created to help families and individuals maximize the space they already have to fit all the lifestyle changes that we endure each and every day. When most people hear interior anything they automatically say, “Interior designers oh I could never afford that.” I wanted to change that outcome, I started by taking my passion and skill to the next level, and gained some educational knowledge and put it all together. I knew my biggest approach was affordability and flexibility. I want to help everyone and my overall goal is to do this all around the world. How you live can take a heavy toll on your physical, mental and emotional health and I want to help create a space that can fit one or multiple family members comfortably and efficiently.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers?

Believe it or not I literally turned my hobby into a business. I have been decorating and organizing for years. I tried to start just a cleaning business but something always felt like it was missing; that key factor. After I bought my first home and had full control compared to renting I really got a chance to put my skills to the test. I enjoyed it so much, I wanted to do it for every single place I went to! So after months of planning, researching and more planning I was able to launch my business. The biggest thing I want all my clients to know is, I am human too. I know exactly how it feels to be drowned in an unorganized space, I know exactly how it feels to organize over and over just to realize there is no system in place and I know exactly how it feels to just want help whether it’s a big project or a small one. No matter what I can provide the necessary skills to create any cozy space after all!

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?

Affordability for sure! I strive to be affordable because so many people think they can’t afford to get the help they need so they simply won’t. That’s fair right? Of course it is but my approach is simple with great ease. I explain to them what I can do and I explain the timeline from start to finish and then ask, “Knowing all of that now what is your budget? Knowledge is key and just a conversation and sharing your level of expertise can open so many doors!

Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?

My clients are everything! They literally keep me going every single day. I keep in touch with clients by providing a small thank you gift after completing our first project. I know they are more than happy with the outcome but I am also happy for being trusted and believed in. I also keep in contact by checking in on my clients well-being, I want to know how the new job is going, how the kids are doing, any new exciting big news.

I want my clients to remember the name, having “Cozy Home Studios” instilled in their head and the first that comes to mind when a friend, relative, family member, or anyone they know needs a service they know and trust I will absolutely deliver time and time again.
