Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
During our tenure in Florida, our storage facility suffered catastrophic damage during Hurricane Irma in 2017, resulting in the loss of catering equipment and numerous vital assets. However, our commitment to our vision propelled us to rebuild and pivot towards new opportunities. This journey led us to relocate to Dallas, Texas, and subsequently to Michigan, where our business re-emerged more robustly in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Our experiences have cultivated a tenacity that thrives in challenging environments, reinforcing our belief that with well-defined objectives and expectations, any obstacle can be overcome. We advocate for a mindset where each day presents an opportunity for improvement, urging individuals to consider how they can enhance their circumstances. Settling for mediocrity is not an option; instead, we encourage proactive engagement, active listening, and the importance of sharing information that is both specific and actionable.
