“I grew up as a skateboarder in the streets of Athens, Greece. Editing a skateboarding coming of age comedy drama starring my icons from growing up felt like all my prior work was falling into place, like the perfect Tetris game. Generations of skaters to come will have a chance to look back at a slice of life film that represents our culture. That is meaningful to me!”
“Dylan & Zoey Feature Film

“D&Z I hold dear to my heart. An intimate therapeutic story about trauma and healing that has the power to help people heal. Inspiring, sensitive and what I am looking for in movies.”
Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
I am a Greek native, born in Germany and raised in Monte Carlo and Greece. Multilingual and well traveled, I attended German, French, British, Greek and American schools. I graduated valedictorian for my BA in Film & Tv Production at the American College of Greece and proceeded to have my MFA in Film Editing at the prestigious American Film Institute Conservatory. Straight after graduation, I became an award winning editor and focused my career as a feature film editor in Los Angeles. My recent work includes feature films “North Hollywood”, a coming of age comedy drama, starring Vince Vaughn (Wedding Crashers), Ryder McLaughlin (Mid 90s) and Miranda Cosgrove (iCarly) directed by Mikey Alfred and produced by Illegal Civ as well as Pharrell Williams, Noah Centineo, Mimi Valdés, and Malcolm Washington and intimate drama “Dylan & Zoey” starring Claudia Doumit (The Boys) and Blake Scott Lewis (Trial by Fire) directed by Matt Sauter and produced by the stars of the film amongst others. As an editor, I like to dive deep into story, character and theme and care for a transcendent storytelling experience.
What do you find most rewarding about being a creative?
The most rewarding aspect of being a film editor, a storyteller, is the immortality of cinema, the ability to leave stories behind for generations to see. We may pass away but we can create stories that can be experienced as new in decades to come. The idea of entertaining, educating, representing, uniting, challenging and even healing people through moving pictures is truly inspiring. It all feels like magic to me.
Is there a particular goal or mission driving your creative journey?
My goal, driving my creative journey, is to be a storyteller, who is useful to society. Leave beautiful and meaningful stories behind for future generations to experience. Be in collaboration with people whose goal and dedication is the same. Shape movies that can live forever is my mission and what I am truly here for.
