We recently connected with Alex Strenger and have shared our conversation below.
Alex, appreciate you joining us today. So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?
We live in the greatest country on Earth. Unfortunately, a small group of bureaucrats who go to Davos every year have been using crisis after crisis in an attempt to take these freedoms away from us. I drive a pedicab in downtown Austin. It’s the only job I have ever been good at. And when these people told me that I was “nonessential” and tried to stop me from working (while they got to buy stocks at the bottom and profit from inflation) I knew that I had to speak out. For a while, I wasn’t sure what to do. I started a podcast called “Convos On The Pedicab” where I have long form and open discussions with a variety of people on a variety of issues in order to make sense of how rapidly the world is changing. But then it dawned on me that our government officials, corporate lobbyists, and propaganda outlets in mainstream media are not susceptible to logic and reason. The same people who made you close your business (while Amazon and Walmart made billions of $$), the same people who tried to turn you into a second class citizen for not taking a vaccine that doesn’t work, the same people pushing us towards a Nuclear Holocaust over Ukraine, the same people that want us to eat bugs and live in a “15 minute city” to fight climate change, well these are the same people who think that men can get pregnant, that children should be allowed to take puberty blockers and that “Sprinkles The Drag Queen” should be allowed to twerk in front of your 5 year old son unsupervised at bar. So why should we approach these people with anything other than complete ridicule. And that is why I started trolling City Council Meetings, because it is only through mimicking these people that you get to see first hand how insane they are. The best way to fight tyranny is through comedy and I am so thankful that these people have given me an abundance of material to work with.
Alex, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I have been driving a Pedicab for almost 10 years . In addition to hosting a podcast and trolling City Council Meetings, I also make rap songs about conspiracy theories that I play for all of my customers. My customers have the option to listen to a wide variety of educational rap songs including, but not limited to, how Jeffrey Epstein Didn’t Kill Himself, how much Joe Biden loves little kids and how Donald Trump is Qanon. They can also listen to Disney themed tracks about Bill Gates and George Soros because my songs are also for the children. Even when I’m at work, I am always educating the neighborhood.
For you, what’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative?
The most rewarding aspect of being an artist is the ability to make more art and have people draw inspiration based on what I’m doing. There need to be people like me in every major city in America.
Is there a particular goal or mission driving your creative journey?
Yes. I don’t want to live in the New World Order. I do not want to eat bugs, live in a pod, use a Central Bank Digital Currency, have a social credit score and have Jeffrey Epstein’s friends give me public health advice. I do not want to live in Klaus Schwab or Bill Gates’s vision of the future.
