Celebrating milestones, no matter how small, is something I never overlook. It’s important to acknowledge hard work and celebrate achievements. This can be as simple as a shout-out during a meeting or as elaborate as a team outing.
Lastly, I never underestimate the power of personal well-being on team morale. Encouraging a healthy work-life balance is not just good for my team members as individuals, but it’s also beneficial for the company. A well-rested and mentally healthy team is a more productive and creative one.
