Alessandro, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Too often the media represents innovation as something magical that only high-flying tech billionaires and upstarts engage in – but the truth is almost every business owner has to regularly innovate in small and big ways in order for their businesses to survive and thrive. Can you share a story that highlights something innovative you’ve done over the course of your career?

At Roadcaster Media, we have noticed a trend in the type of Media we produce for our clients, and are starting to see a demand for Actor Packages. So, we have taken it upon ourselves to offer our clients just that! Over the years since our launch our goal has always been to help our clients produce top notch quality content, we noticed an uptrend in requests for perfection in Actor’s Media Content, in regards to their Headshots, Full Body Shots, Slate Shot, Clips, Demo Reel/Actor Reel. We noticed that our clients would be best served by us if we were able to provide a full package, and thus the Actor Package was born. We pride ourselves in offering the best service possible to our clients so we have specialized in Actor Packages.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.

At Roadcaster Media we began our company on the belief that we could provide top notch quality Media Content for our clientele. We started our business on that belief and are adamant that if we offer our clients a specialized product as an end result in Actor’s needs then we have addressed the majority of our clients looking for that particular type of media and met their quality standards with the utmost attention to their needs. We also believe that we can best serve our clients by giving them this understanding when we are dealing with them. We’ve noticed that this approach helps our clients fully immerse themselves in the modern day media world by creating a relation with our clients to help them solve their issues with Media Content Creation. We are very proud to offer this solution for our clients and find that it helps them the most, specifically with our Actor Packages. When we started noticing that clients that were Actors needed not only Headshots but also Full Body Shots, we created the Non-Union Package based on the understanding that Actors that were in this point in their career needed this service. Our packages for Media Content are based off the demanding needs of an Actor in the industry and because we understand what the client needs we are able to provide just the right solution for the Media driven issues. Our two other packages in the Actor realm are based on the Union for Actors and what is demanded of them to have, SAG-Aftra Eligible Package which includes a Slate Shot, Clips, and a Demo Reel as these items are needed for an Actor at that stage in their career. It is very important that our clients understand the demand needed of them, so we produced our Final Package in the Actor Packages category, the SAG-Aftra Package. This package provides and encompasses all that an actor needs when it comes to their SAG-Aftra needs. This final package is a combination of all the prior packages and ties every Media need of a official SAG-Aftra Actor by providing a complete package of Headshot, Full Body Shots, Clips, Slate Shot, and Demo/Actor Reel. We are also willing to provide a Stunt and Comedy Standup Reel for Actor’s who specialize in Action Stunts and Comedians who do Stand up. These fields of specialty are all that we offer our clients in order to fulfill their needs in the desired fields that they which to apply themselves in. Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?

We recently did the Actor Package for Phillip D. Bauer and were able to provide him with everything he needed for his Acting Career. Soon after we completed his Actor Package he was able to find work by being readily available for it. He was able to submit his Actor Package to a production and they viewed it and saw how professional his material was and recognized his place in the Acting Industry by offering him an opportunity to audition in the production. This is in fact, our goal for everyone we work with. We make sure that our quality matches the industry standard and believe that it is our duty to offer our clients just that. This is where Roadcaster Media truly shines.

Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?

At Roadcaster Media, we believe that is our duty to offer the clients Media related content that is driven to get the client the utmost success. We have built our brand around the fact that we supply our clients with top notch media related content. We specialize in the Media we wish to provide and then we give our clients just that. If we are not specialized in the media field we adapt and respond to this need by creating the foundation with the utmost due diligence required for the desired media. When we created our Actor Package, we had the Actor in mind. The Actor exists in three different realms, that of a Non Union, SAG-Aftra Eligible and a SAG-Aftra facet. We noticed that to better serve our clients we had to immerse ourselves in their world. Once we took on this approach we were able to see their needs and wants and match this desire with media content that would best suit them. This in turns allows our client to see the value that we provide them with and keep them coming back to do more work with us.
