We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Aleisha Bradley a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Aleisha , thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?
My mission is to assist men and women with becoming confident with learning how to be fashionable. Growing up I would use fashionable clothes to make feel better about myself. I grew up in a house with 3 boys and not only was I the only girl but I was the oldest. I had to find something that would occupy my thoughts outside of the issues I had in my home coming up. My mom started allowing me to shop for myself at a very young age and go h gave me the freedom to look and feel the way I wanted.
With that desire to look great it turned into a hobby to help my friends and family with their styling needs. I later realized that this is beyond a passion at this point but a purpose to help others in all areas of life. Whether it was the new mom that needed to feel better about herself, the women or man that was starting a new job that required professional attire or the man or female that wanted to look great for an event or photoshoot. Either way I knew I would excel with doing the things I loved to do the most.

Aleisha , love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I am a single black woman with an addition to retail and fashion. I also have a purpose to make people feel better about themselves whether it’s a new endeavor or to spice up an old one. I offer many different styling services for men and women which include but not limited to online shopping or offering assistance in putting outfits together with existing pieces in their closet.
The thing that I’m most proud of and what I thin sets me apart from other stylist is that I incorporate God in all that I do regarding my business. I allow the Holy Spirit to guide my direction on how to style a client or delivery top notch service.
I have also incorporated my personal growing pains into a brand that’s near and dear to my heart and that is “UNDNABLE RAREBREED”! Being the oldest of all boys and be born to a young mother there late a lot of things that I didn’t learn until I was much older and some even in my adult life. UNDNABLE RAREBREED represents strength, resilience, determination and perseverance. I face several trials in my life and not only did I overcome them my life evolved. Look forward to seeing new RAREBREED apparel and accessories.
What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
What helped me from the very beginning was staying consistent with my social media content and staying true to myself. Delivering a service that left a print on the customers brain on how to keep up with the things I taught them throughout the process

What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?
I had to unlearn that not everyone can where the same type of clothing even though it comes in their size. I once had a client that loves the way dressed so she sent me pics of me in certain outfits she loved me in. I thought that because I was able to find some of my items in her size that she would like just as great as I felt in them. Well that was a hard lesson to unlearn. I eventually found ways to make my looks wearable for most body types by improvising with different pieces. For instance if they liked a pair of of skinny jeans in a certain fade if skinny jeans wouldn’t work for my client I would find a different style in the jeans but will give the same vibe.
