We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Alberto Orozco a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Alberto, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. We’d love to start by getting your thoughts on what you are seeing as some the biggest trends emerging in your industry

There are so many Trends out there that I disagree with. for example I hear that being a high status Alpha man means never showing your interest to the girl. Once she knows that you are into her, she now has the power.

But that’s not true. Because if you are a man who embodies authentic confidence, is genuinely of high value, and you know what you want, telling her what you appreciate about her will only make her want you more…because it’s real. A woman would much rather appreciate when you are upfront about your intentions, instead of hiding behind them and playing games.

Alberto, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

So I am a Virgo, I like short walks on the beach, and a strong Margarita. Jk, So I am a dating & empowerment coach and I help men tap into their “Masculine Energy” and get the girl.

Or have you ever seen the movie Hitch? well… I’m the white chocolate version.

So as a kid, I actually had social anxiety and I also put everyone’s needs before my own. Definitely got bullied and I was also one of the most gullible kids you will ever meet. so a lot of people took advantage of that.

Then I met a kid who changed my life.

He was a few years older than me and he approached me saying that I reminded him of his younger self.

He was confident, charming, respected amongst his peers and was a genuinely good dude. But he once dealt with the same struggles I did.

I basically spent the whole summer hanging out with him and his friends and I was able to learn a lot about myself and ReDiscover My True Value.

Soon after a lot of my classmates started noticing a change. People would come up to me saying “Hey.. did you get a haircut or what because something is different about you… whatever it is keep doing it”

Self-improvement has since been a lifelong journey for me and I have coached hundreds of men to become their best self and land the woman of their dreams in the process.

With my support, motivated & committed action taking clients finally become the Man that women want to be with and that Men want to become. They have unbreakable confidence & finally live a fulfilled purposeful life.

But without me, they will become Lost in today’s modern dating world. Not Attracting and retaining the women they want on their terms.

They are terrified that they will not find a compatible partner and settle for an unfulfilling relationship. They are unfulfilled, Lack the right masculine confidence and feel torn knowing that there are other men who have everything they want but they aren’t able to make it happen.

But I will not let this happen because it is my true mission to build a tribe of Gentlemen who embody authentic confidence, get what they want, and set an example for other Men to follow.

These men need me. And I will not fail them. Because it’s not about me. It never was, and it never will be.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?

I started working with the matchmaking company years ago and became their in-house coach. I obtained a lot of referrals from men and women that I have helped and word definitely spread like wildfire at the time.

I was then featured on HBO, NPR, a few different podcasts, and even did a story with Bumble when the app first came out.

My weakness was that I never utilized or realized the power of social media to build an online presence.

It is something that I have now started doing about a year ago & post content regularly!

Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?

My most effective strategy for growing my clientele has been through organic Outreach on social media.

Just by posting content and engaging with different people, I have men (and some women) from all over the world reaching out asking for advice or help with a specific situation.

The other strategy is that I make sure to tell as many people as possible what I do when I am out and about. Whether it’s a workshop, networking event, or just introducing myself to new groups of people.

It can be scary, but you need to put yourself out there otherwise people won’t know where to find you.
