Albert and Patrice Lavalais are a dynamic couple who have overcome homelessness and built a successful life together. They share five daughters and have faced the tragic loss of their oldest child. Albert brings 20 plus years of culinary and hospitality experience to the table, while Patrice holds two degrees in the medical field. This shows that she is always willing to help others while also providing essential items for mind and body healing for relaxation as well as peice of mind.
Together, they started a personal chef and catering company in order to spend more time with each and their family, while also building a legacy for their daughters. They also own a food trailer where they offer gourmet-style Po’Boys and other Cajun dishes. Their specialty lies in infusing Cajun cuisine into various styles of course dinners, and hors d’oeuvres parties.
Family is everything to Albert and Patrice, and they strive for greatness in everything they do. They provide each client with a unique culinary experience utilizing fresh ingredients to create delicious food. Can you talk to us about how you funded your business?
My Wife and I decided to put out entire life savings into this business…..we are aiming to build a legacy for our daughter’s.
