We were lucky to catch up with Albany Jones recently and have shared our conversation below.
Albany , looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. What do you think it takes to be successful?
Success is subjective. Oftentimes , we compare out success based on what other people think. I realized that I am successful because I’m willing to go the extra mile. Success requires sacrifice and the ability to be persistent when others would potentially give up.
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
My name is Albany P. Jones. I got into the industry during Covid and sold my first home completely virtually via FaceTime!
I offer services for buyers , sellers and investors. What sets me apart is my ability to teach the client while assisting them. I have developed a client experience not just a transaction. My clients are knowledgeable because of me.
I take pride in my work and I am driven by results. However, I will never prioritize transactions over relationships. Our company motto is people before profit.
What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
My entire life I have been striving to do better. I have to credit my mom and dad for this characteristic. What has allowed me to reach people is that I treat them the way that I want to be treated. Real Estate transactions can be quite complex but I always aggressively go after what is best for the client.
How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?
I am connected with most of them on social media. I enjoy seeing them living their lives and interacting with them organically. They all likely get random stuff in the mail from some random person That person doesn’t know their kids, or their pet, or have their best interest, I love engaging organically. I am a professional and my clients alway consult with me in regards to anything real estate.
