Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Aisha Isreal. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Aisha, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Parents play a huge role in our development as youngsters and sometimes that impact follows us into adulthood and into our lives and careers. Looking back, what’s something you think you parents did right?
My parents were living, breathing examples and role models. My dad was an entrepreneur. My mom was an incredibly good listener. They were keepers of their word. They raised me in a household with discipline and structure, balanced with a lot of love and humor/fun. They were intentional. They communicated well. And they never let me doubt that their love for me was real. God, family and education were the top priorities, while kindness, peace, love and prosperity were essential to the culture in our home.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
I’m an entrepreneur, and I wear multiple hats. But let’s focus on my being a Life Coach. I have been in Education for over 25 years, and I’ve been a Director over a few programs. As a Director, both parents and staff would find themselves in my office repeatedly, sharing their personal issues, and requesting my advice. Several times, it was suggested that I look into Life Coaching. So, eventually, I did.
I help people/clients identify their dreams and true desires, then set goals to achieve them. As a Life Coach, I guide them in writing down their goals and creating realistic and attainable timelines; then I check in regularly to check their progress, while taking on the roles of mentor and cheerleader.

Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?
I use a company called Flodesk to assist with keeping in touch with clients through email marketing. I have a weekly podcast/YouTube show. Each week, an email goes out to my entire email list, detailing the show’s itinerary, and reminding them to tune in. In that weekly email, are photos and links to the show, which streams live.
I also post on Instagram and Facebook.
How do you keep your team’s morale high?
I talk to my team regularly. I make an effort to listen to my team consistently. I am confident in knowing who I am, but I’m also open to learning new information. I give my team opportunities to take on leadership roles.
