We were lucky to catch up with Ainsley Lopez recently and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Ainsley , thanks for joining us today. What do you think matters most in terms of achieving success?

Success comes in many different forms whether it’s financial or mental. I think the beauty in success is that to each person it’s curated to what they believe it is. For La Tablera Boards, success is still being here after a year and a half of being in business. Success is more than one thing, it’s almost like building a puzzle and making sure every single piece fits. Between wearing the many hats small business owners wear I would say the two most important are having great customer service and giving your clients intentional work. Show up for them how they show up for you and do everything with love and the right intentions. You can never fail with those things in mind.

Ainsley , before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

La Tablera Boards is a pandemic born business. We started with a passion for human connections over food. Spending a lot of alone time made us realize how important sharing meals with loved ones made us feel. The beautiful thing about charcuterie is that it’s such a feel good thing. It gives appearance and brings comfort. I would say I’m most proud of how far I feel we have come as a company, getting return customers and referrals from them, if they’re coming back we must be doing something right.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?

Consistency. Social media has been so helpful in the sense of km able to schedule posts and create reels etc.

Is there a particular goal or mission driving your creative journey?

Something that drives me everyday is the hope to inspire other women who are afraid to take a chance on themselves that they are worth it and to follow their passions.
