Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Aimeé Noel. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Aimeé, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. If you had a defining moment that you feel really changed the trajectory of your career, we’d love to hear the story and details.
After years working a job I was unhappy in, I made the decision to leave my management role in the fashion industry. It was a pivotal moment in my professional journey. It was a moment that changed the trajectory of my career and led me to pursue my passion for beauty and artistry. Despite the initial fears and uncertainties, I took a leap of faith and ventured into the world of beauty aesthetics.
The transition was not easy, and there were moments of doubt and hesitation. However, I pushed through the challenges and embraced the opportunity to work for myself. The decision to step out of my comfort zone and follow my dreams has been the best decision I ever made.
Now, as a successful esthetician and permanent makeup artist, I look back at that defining moment with gratitude and pride. It taught me the importance of self-discovery, courage, and perseverance. It is a reminder that taking risks and trusting your instincts can lead to new and fulfilling opportunities.
I am grateful for the journey that has brought me to where I am today. I have found joy and fulfillment in my work, and I am excited to see where this new path will take me. Leaving behind my corporate management career was a bold move, but it has opened doors to a world of creativity and passion that I never knew existed. And for that, I am truly grateful.

Aimeé, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
As an avid surfer, I love being outdoors playing in the ocean and sunshine. I noticed my skin was looking dry and age spots and wrinkles starting to show up. I used my knowledge as an esthetician to rejuvenate my skin. Using peels, Microneedling and customized facials I was able to achieve great skin again.
Being a surfer girl wearing makeup isn’t an option. I thought permanent makeup could be a way to have makeup on that won’t come off in the water. After getting my brows and eyeliner done I felt I could feel put together anytime.
I love to share my beauty secrets with other women. This makes esthetics the perfect career for me.
The products I use on myself as well are what I have discovered to work the best. I use organic lines such as Eminence and medical brands such as Factor Five which contains human stem cells.

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?
Surprisingly grass roots marketing on Next Door and Instagram and Facebook has been very successful. Word of mouth also. Connecting with the client and getting to know them is what I do.

Putting training and knowledge aside, what else do you think really matters in terms of succeeding in your field?
Continuing education is imperative for this career as new innovations and products are constantly coming out.
