My mission is to create personalized and effective skincare solutions by utilizing advanced techniques and years of experience. For me, this is not just a job; it’s an opportunity to help people feel better, more confident, and healthier. I’m Aida Khazieva, a skincare specialist and electrolysis expert with over 18 years of experience. My journey into the beauty industry began from a deeply personal place. I’ve seen firsthand how skin conditions can affect a person’s confidence and self-esteem, and I knew early on that I wanted to help people reclaim their confidence through effective skincare solutions. This passion pushed me to pursue a career where I could make a difference for people struggling with skin issues like acne, psoriasis, eczema, and beyond.
I provide a wide range of cosmetic services including facials, waxing, advanced skincare treatments, and non-invasive facelifts. However, what truly sets my practice apart is my deep expertise in electrolysis, which is a permanent hair removal solution. My treatments are customized to each client’s specific skin type and concerns, and I focus heavily on using advanced, safe, and effective techniques.
What sets me apart from others in this industry is my ability to provide personalized, results-driven care while maintaining a welcoming, trust-based environment. I’ve had the privilege of helping over 1,500 clients achieve their beauty goals through personalized skin care treatments and innovative approaches. I’m proud of the long-lasting results my clients achieve and the trust they place in me. Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
The best source of new clients for me has been a combination of word-of-mouth referrals and social media engagement. Satisfied clients are my strongest advocates; they not only return for additional treatments but also refer friends and family. This organic growth is powerful because it builds on trust and personal recommendations, which are highly valued in the beauty industry.
Additionally, Instagram has played a crucial role in attracting new clients. By consistently posting informative content, before-and-after transformations, and sharing behind-the-scenes glimpses of my work, I’ve been able to reach a wider audience. Targeting local hashtags and engaging with the community in Irvine and Orange County has helped me connect with people seeking personalized skincare solutions. My focus on offering tailored treatments and non-invasive skincare solutions sets me apart, and these are precisely the things potential clients are drawn to when they find me on social platforms.
What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?
One of the biggest lessons I had to unlearn was that working longer hours always leads to greater success. Early in my career, I believed that the more hours I spent in my clinic, the more clients I would attract, and therefore, the more successful my business would be. I would see as many clients as possible in a day, thinking that volume was the key to growth.
However, over time, I realized that quality, not quantity, was what truly built my business. Clients didn’t just want treatments; they wanted personalized care and attention. By focusing on fewer clients each day but providing highly customized, high-quality services, I was able to build deeper connections, deliver better results, and gain loyal clients who referred others. This shift also allowed me to maintain a healthy work-life balance, which ultimately made me more effective and energized in my business.
It took time to embrace the idea that less can be more, but it’s been one of the most valuable lessons in growing a sustainable and client-focused beauty practice.
