Ahmed “ALi” , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today What’s something you believe that most people in your industry (or in general) disagree with?
The misconceptions of society on Real Estate Agents :
– money hungry
– unethical
– none transparency
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I’m just another licensed RE Agent in Michigan. But what I am just not is not an agent whom puts commission first , nor last , I don’t even stress nor thinking about my pay and financial return. And what Agent I am , is not to “reinvent the wheel” ; however the type of Agent I am , by the way of my Professional practices and business dealings, I strive to set a new standard of world class service that this amazing industry has to offer.
4plus years in the business, serving Michigan from the Detroit River to Lake Michigan, and after -/+ 120 closed deals and counting , what I am truly proud of , is not my rising star production , but the amount of satisfaction I see in my clients eyes and tone ( either Buyers and sellers ) ; after every closed transaction with reaching the intended outcome for each client.
Do you have any insights you can share related to maintaining high team morale?
In any case , no how hard the struggle is , and no matter how complicated life can get , stay positive and keep a positive mindset; always.
Negative mindset only produces negative results.
Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
My best and most successful strategy, is definitely not no sales pitch nor any fancy lines , My first and foremost secret to success, is truly being me , and nothing less then whom I really am, and I put on no other faces nor any acts to try to appease my clients. I cherish and uphold transparency with all my clients .
