We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Ahlam Almanini. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Ahlam below.
Ahlam , looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. How do you feel about asking friends and family to support your business? What’s appropriate, what’s not? Where do you draw the line?
My success in the real estate industry relies solely on great relationships formed and word of mouth. I wouldn’t be where I am if it wasn’t for close friends and family that believe in me and want to see me sore! I am extremely dedicated and driven to offer the best possible services for whomever I’m working with. In order for me to continue to succeed, I ask everyone that loves and cares for me to support me!
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I have always had a passion for homes and architectural design ever since high school but didn’t realize this till later in life. When my husband got into the building industry back in 2008 it sparked my interest back up again. My enthusiasm for helping people achieve the American dream and own a home was ignited again. I understand making real estate decisions isn’t an easy task for both buyers and sellers and that’s why I play a big role in supporting my clients to meet their goals in the most easy and efficient way possible. I am motivated to offer the best services for my clients weather they are buying or selling their homes.
Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
I think what helped me most is that I am known for my honesty and integrity. I would never want anyone to buy or sell just for the sake of making a buck. I sincerely assist all my clients with their real estate needs with genuine intentions and treat every home as if it we’re my own.
We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?
Building your social media takes a lot of perseverance and consistency. If you don’t meet these qualities it can be otherwise challenging. I try to be my authentic self when building my social media and put out content that won’t bore my audience. Just understand that not everyone will like you or the content you share but that’s okay because your particular audience that is made for you will be drawn to you and your business.
