Adrienne , thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. What sort of legacy are you hoping to build. What do you think people will say about you after you are gone, what do you hope to be remembered for?

I hope to redefine beauty as a reflection of inner confidence and self-acceptance. Bringing people up verses bringing people down with personal insecurities.

As I continue my mission to be a big sister to girls and women in need, I hope to leave a lasting legacy of empowerment, resilience, and kindness. By setting an example and providing unwavering support, in shaping a generation of young women who are confident, capable, and compassionate.

Beyond surface-level transformations, I strongly emphasize the importance of cultivating inner strength, resilience, and compassion. Through meaningful conversations, mentorship, and leading by example, I encourage girls to embrace their authentic selves, pursue their passions, and lift each other up along the way while still holding themselves accountable.

ANDLifestyle started out as a lifestyle blog focusing on custom clothes and recyclable fashion. Since then, it has expanded beyond just clothing into a tool for lifestyle, design inspiration, and personal growth.

I am a professional stylist that is knowledgeable in clothing brands. I do a lot of thrifting, but I also custom design clothing pieces. This is a huge part of my blog. I’m drawing inspiration from life and the people around me.What sets me apart from other personal stylist apps/companies is that you can have a personal relationship with your stylist instead of an algorithm. I get to know their style and what personally works for them. It’s a close personal relationship. That way, you are not just hoping you get the right comfy piece in the mail the next month.

What do you find most rewarding about being a creative?

One of the most rewarding aspects of being an artist or creative in upscale and custom fashion is the unparalleled freedom to express oneself. Unlike mass-produced garments that adhere to trends and commercial demands, custom fashion allows artisans, like me, to unleash their creativity without constraints. From conceptualizing avant-garde designs to experimenting with innovative techniques and materials, each creation becomes a canvas for artistic expression, reflecting the unique vision and style of the creator.

Moreover, the process of collaborating with clients on bespoke pieces adds an enriching dimension to the creative journey. It’s not merely about designing clothing; it’s about understanding the client’s personality, preferences, and aspirations, and translating them into tangible works of art.

In addition to personal fulfillment, being an artist or creative in upscale and custom fashion often entails collaborating with a diverse community of artisans, designers, and clients. The exchange of ideas, expertise, and inspiration that occurs within this community fosters a culture of innovation and excellence, pushing boundaries and redefining the standards of luxury fashion.

Is there mission driving your creative journey?

As I emphasized earlier, empowering women to be their own unique selves without having to rely on the every day norms in society.

Central to my philosophy is the belief that kindness should never be sacrificed in the pursuit of personal growth and success. In a competitive world, it’s easy to prioritize ambition over empathy, but true success is measured not only by achievements but also by the positive impact one has on others. By fostering a culture of kindness, compassion, and inclusivity, I hope to create a ripple effect that uplifts and empowers women from all walks of life. Inspiring women to embrace their inherent worth, cultivate inner strength, pursue their aspirations, and embody kindness, I am trying to shape a future where women stand tall in their authenticity and support one another in solidarity.
