We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Adrianne Cooper a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Adrianne, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. We’d love to hear about a time you helped a customer really get an amazing result through their work with you.
Our client who is a divorced single mother of four children has worked hard to pay down debt and save up for a down payment to purchase a new home in Forney, TX. We researched Maria’s debt collectors, setup conference calls and negotiated her payments. She was able to pay off her debt in six months. Her credit scores jumped 150 points which enabled her to receive competitive interest rates and land the home of her dreams.
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
Since the youthful age of 18, I have had energy for business, money, and land ownership. I have enjoyed real estate investing and the credit industry for over decade now, I have examined on endless credit reports, house whole budgets plus sold over 500,000 dollars of real estate. We offer “real world” exhortation and help format the best game-plan clients need to follow with the end goal for them to accomplish their money related objectives.
While building my organizations I have accomplished a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Langton University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Wayland Baptist University. I have also served in the United States Army as a combat trooper positioned in Europe and served in battle. In 2009, she moved to Sierra Vista, AZ and began working for various fortune 500 organizations as Department of Defense temporary instructor and investigator. I have co-written “Employment Satisfaction isn’t a Mystery” for Wayland Baptist University, which was distributed by the Sierra Vista Herald paper in 2014 and 2016. I have also had past appearances on the Friday Focus Morning Show KTAN 1420 and Cherry Creek Radio as a Credit consultant.
She has served in the past as Board Member of the Sierra Vista Chamber of Commerce (2016) and Business Professor at Bryant and Stratton College (2016). Cooper’s Credit Consulting International LLC moved offices to Dallas, TX in August 2018 and has now expanded to Oklahoma City (2020). I was currently featured in the Wayland Baptist University Alumni Small Business new letter in 2020. I’m currently creating online ecommerce store where I will sale stationary, journals, budget planners, organizers and office supplies. www.Nerdwords1995.com, coming soon, where you can pick up hip & cool office supplies online to keep your life organized and gain a peace of mind.
We have double our sales in 2021 and we look forward to giving away school supplies to underserved children for 2022.
Can you open up about how you funded your business?
I funded my business through real estate sales and my own personal funding. It’s super important not to acquire a lot of debt in the beginning let your profits fund your business growth. By following this method, I was able to not only survive but thrive during COVID19. I didn’t have to take out any PPP loans or use credit cards to finance the business.
Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
In the beginning I wore many hats trying keep cost down for the first 6 years but now I outsource a lot of my daily duties.
