We recently connected with Adriane Hibler and have shared our conversation below.
Adriane, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Can you tell us about a time where you or your team really helped a customer get an amazing result?
My mother in law called me one day saying ,” my neighbors niece skin is horrible. She has a skin condition that is causing her face to have blemishes and bad acne. What can you do to help?” I told her I have a turmeric face wash that will help with the skin irritation, blemishes, and and. She ordered it and I immediately made it and sent it out. A couple of days after she received her order, my mother in law called me again saying I saw a difference in her face after the first wash. Now 6 months later they called me thanking me, saying her face had completely cleared up and she will continue to use the face wash to keep it away.

Adriane, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I started my business Brew-Made Naturals as a way to pay homage to my mother who passed away in 2016. She loved lotions, body butters, and sugar scrubs. I started to study different types of oils, sugars, butters, as my family way transitioning to a natural lifestyle. It kind of just happened. I started making scrubs and body butters. Then I would pass them around to my coworkers and friends. I like to think that I help my customers with all types of skincare needs. From clearing up their faces of acne to assisting in moisturizing their skin and helping with eczema or psoriasis. I think what sets us apart from other companies is that is not about profit for me. I do this because I love it. I enjoy helping others achieve their skincare goals.
I’m most proud of the fact that I can say everything is made with love. Each order is made to order. I create everything in small batches to guarantee that the customers are receiving the best quality from us.
We are a small family owned business that is going to expand.
My husband deals with marketing and branding while I deal with the creation side. Our children are the ones who want to test everything. They say they are the quality control engineers.
With every order I always give a freebie. I like to give something you didn’t order that will make you want to order again. You always get more than what you pay for that’s for sure.

What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?
Word of mouth is definitely my best source of new clients. Most people who order from us always message us and says so and so told us about you and we can’t wait! I have found that word of mouth is the best when it comes to marketing.

We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
During the early years of me wanting to actually do this, I was so discouraged. I was told that everyone is doing this and sick to what you know. My husband was the only one really encouraging. I would buy everything I needed and then let it sit. When COVID hit I really wanted to give up because I was thinking how am I going to sell anything when everyone is stuck inside. Then it was like selling on social media became a big thing. Not only that my new coworkers were telling me you have a great product, go ahead and sell it. With my husband support I quit my job in 2021 to focus on the business. I don’t regret a thing.
