Adriana , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Alright, so we’d love to hear about how you got your first client or customer. What’s the story?
The first client I had for my CATANO BEAUTY vegan skincare were my own family members and close friends. It was wonderful to be supported by the people closest to me. I have one friend who actually purchased thousands of dollars in skincare for his office staff, friends and family members. That was a big surprise for me. I always say God always sends unexpected angels to surprise us. All we need to do is trust God.
Adriana , love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I have been a tv host, actress and voice over talent for over 25 years on Spanish language television. In 2018 I launched my own vegan skincare line called CATANO BEAUTY after trying many skin care brands and not attaining the results that were promised. I created a luxury, vegan skin care line that is affordable to all women in the United States. My mission is to create awareness about the toxins found in most skin care and to offer healthy, vegan alternatives. I started CATANO BEAUTY with 5 skincare products and I now have a total of 11 products. At CATANO BEAUTY customer service is our top priority. We like to have a one on one relationship with our valued customers. We always respond to all questions and concerns within 24 hours and we are so proud of it.
How did you build your audience on social media?
When I launched my skincare in 2018 I sent over 120 anti aging kits to several magazine editors and influencers. I was lucky to have many beauty influencers fall in love with the products. These top beauty influencers began posting many instagram stories tagging my brand CATANO BEAUTY and also linking the on line store and my social media audience grew organically.
Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
My skin care reputation was earned by the quality ingredients in every CATANO BEAUTY product. 90% of our customers continue to order our skincare when they run out. Our skincare was sent to over 100 influencers when si launched in 2018 and most of them fell in love with the results! In turn, they started to post on their social media and recommend the skin care line to their audience.
