We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Adriana, Angelina And Jessica. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Adriana, Angelina and Jessica below.
Adriana, Angelina and Jessica , looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. How did you come up with the idea for your business?
I started my small business, Adria Rose Creative, as a local candle company and began attending markets as a vendor. I’ve always been really into event planning and had some experience with it in the past, so it felt natural to explore that side of things.
At one of the markets I attended, I met Angelina and Jessica, who own Desert Embers, another candle company in the area. We instantly hit it off! We had such a good time connecting, talking, and sharing ideas. A few months later, I came up with the idea to start my own market. I wanted it to be a way to bring the small business community together and showcase all the amazing talent in our area.
I reached out to Angelina and asked if she and Jessica, her sister and business partner, would be interested in collaborating to make it happen. They were excited about the idea, and that’s how we got started on creating a multi-vendor market here in the East Valley. It’s been such an incredible experience to build something that supports and uplifts other local businesses!

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
Our market is all about diversity and inclusivity. We strive to create a space where all types of small businesses can come together and thrive. From delicious food and beverages to handcrafted goods, local services, and interactive experiences like face painting, piercings, tattoos, onsite manicures, and kids’ activities, we aim to offer something for everyone.
Our motto is “Our aesthetic is you.” That means we want our vendors to come as they are, showcasing their unique businesses, hard work, and creativity—no matter what stage they’re in or what their aesthetic might look like.
Our main priority is supporting our vendors and fostering a strong small business community here in the East Valley. It’s about collaboration over competition and giving these amazing entrepreneurs a platform to share their passion with others.

Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
Marketing and putting yourself out there is absolutely key. Building a solid market with a great reputation isn’t easy—just like anything else in running a small business—but growth comes from stepping out of your comfort zone.
You need to attend other events, meet new people, and actively network. Email local businesses, introduce yourself to other business owners, and focus on building genuine friendships and business relationships. Earning trust is crucial—not just with your vendors but with your shoppers, too.
It’s all about being consistent, showing up, and making those connections. When people see your passion and dedication, they’re more likely to support you and your vision.

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
Loyalty and honesty are the foundation of everything we do. It’s very clear that our vendors are our top priority. Yes, we’re running a business, but our focus is on ensuring things run smoothly and that our vendors have the best experience possible.
Vendor markets can be very unpredictable—you’ll have great ones, slow ones, busy ones, and quieter ones. Some vendors will hit their sales goals, and others might not. But what we strive for is to always give 110% in doing what’s best for our vendors. That includes actively marketing each event, building our reputation, and managing everything to ensure things run smoothly no matter the circumstance.
We’ve been incredibly blessed to have amazing vendors who genuinely love being part of our markets. Even during slower events, they still feel like they belong because we’ve worked hard to create an environment that feels like family. It’s about more than just sales—it’s about building a supportive, collaborative community where everyone feels valued.
