Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Adrian Lewandowski. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Adrian , appreciate you joining us today. One of the things we most admire about small businesses is their ability to diverge from the corporate/industry standard. Is there something that you or your brand do that differs from the industry standard? We’d love to hear about it as well as any stories you might have that illustrate how or why this difference matters.
As a small business, we know the importance of working harder and staying ahead of the competition. I’m passionate about technology and always on the lookout for smarter ways to improve processes and provide my clients with solutions that truly work — better than what others offer. It’s all about delivering value that makes a real difference.
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I started my photography business around the same time as the Airbnb Idea was invented ! Of course at that time I did not even know what Airbnb stands for.
I just returned from Vacation in Thailand and was inspired to take my photography business to the next level.
When I browsed trough Craig’s List, I saw job opening as Real Estate Photographer for Airbnb in Phuket. Wow I just came back from Phuket and loved the Island.
I applied and committed to airbnb to cover phuket for the next few years.
Thats how I gained lots of experience in Short Term Rental and Capturing a Property to Capture not only the 4 walls but also the lifestyle !
I learned a lot in the real estate photography business by capturing amazing properties in Thailand and also got inspired by people starting hosting business for tourists (STR) !
When you work with big corporations and meet with many business owners in the same line of business, you are in you get inspired and try to copy great ideas. I also have the tendency when I work on a project to add a few fresh ideas or improve things.
Technology advances fast so, currently virtual tours in real estate are very popular. I try to take the service to the next level and provide a 360 Virtual Aerial View of a Property to better capture the neighborhood or some amazing views – perspectives. I recently captured Malibu Ocean View Building and a Mansion in Bel Air ! I hope people will enjoy those and I can capture some amazing Properties in 360 View ! I also recently started to work with Zillow, the must liked my portfolio. Its a great team to work with !
What do you find most rewarding about being a creative?
most rewarding being a photographer, is the feedback from your clients. If the love your work the will let you know or give you a big smile :~) or tip.
Is there a particular goal or mission driving your creative journey?
my goal is to reach more clients and learn more about marketing. Unfortunately Google is very dominant and most potential clients go straight to google to search for you ! So if you not found on Google you will loose business. We really would need more competition to Google. Some customers trying to use Chat GPT and instead of asking Google the ask Ai, “find me a photographer in long beach, with experience in real estate photography, drone and virtual tours”.
Feels more personal, your Free Ai Assistant !
Downside is that it can get very price or difficult to appear on the first page.
