Florida, 2025 — Starting over isn’t easy, but for Adrian Ervin Sr., it was necessary. With no clear plan and no connections waiting, Adrian made the bold decision to relocate to Florida—alone and determined to build something from the ground up.
“I took a huge risk moving here,” Adrian shares. “I had no family in the area, didn’t know anyone, and had no set direction. It was just me, myself, and I starting over in a place that felt completely unfamiliar.”
Despite not being naturally outgoing or one to actively seek new social circles, Adrian pushed through the discomfort of isolation and uncertainty. He left behind the familiar, journeying from one coast to another with nothing but resilience and a strong work ethic.
While Florida may not have been his ideal destination, it became the foundation for a new chapter—professionally and personally. From launching E’Lay Massage, a thriving massage therapy practice focused on customized healing and advanced bodywork, to earning his Florida real estate license and joining Boffo Real Estate Group, Adrian is now successfully navigating two demanding industries with purpose and drive.
“This isn’t my forever home, but while I’m here, I’m committed to making the most of every day,” he says. “I’ll keep showing up, grinding, and reaching my goals one by one—until the next chapter opens up.”

After passing the MBLEx and becoming a licensed massage therapist, Adrian quickly established a name for himself through his diverse skill set and deep commitment to helping clients feel and function better.
At E’Lay Massage, clients benefit from a wide range of modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Therapeutic, Sports Massage, Hot Stones, Cupping, and the soothing Hawaiian technique of Lomi Lomi. “I enjoy the grind of real estate,” he says. “Every deal is different—it keeps me sharp, and it’s always a learning experience.”

“One of the most important things I do to stay connected with my clients is follow up after their session—especially first-time clients,” Adrian explains. “Within 48 hours, I’ll usually reach out via text to see how they’re feeling and how their body responded to the treatment.”

“In both of my professions, I’ve been turned down plenty of times,” Adrian shares. “But I don’t let that discourage me. I shake it off, get back to work, and keep grinding.”
And he means it. After long days providing healing, high-quality massage sessions, Adrian doesn’t clock out—he heads home, logs onto his laptop, and begins prospecting real estate leads. It’s a daily routine built on persistence, consistency, and an unwavering commitment to growth.
“I don’t allow myself to get complacent,” he adds. “I’m always thinking about how I can improve—how I can serve better, work smarter, and stay one step ahead.”
