We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Adrian Chambliss a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Adrian , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today We’d love to hear the backstory behind a risk you’ve taken – whether big or small, walk us through what it was like and how it ultimately turned out.

Be firm in taking the advice of yourself and not letting others dictate your next move.

Before I started my Real Estate career, I reached out to those that I thought somewhat that I valued their opinions concerning my destiny. I was told all of the reasons as to not move forward in Real Estate, I was told how the market was upside down, & how others had no success in the market.

But they wasn’t me!

Boy am I glad that I still stood on taking a leap of faith, & not listening to outside opinions. I changed careers completely, and moved forward in a life changing risky venture, by doing so, I am now a successfully motivated Realtor, whose drive is to learn everything about getting each individual family housed.

How about pivoting – can you share the story of a time you’ve had to pivot?

I have many pivoting stories LOL

I am so driven and so compassionate to help others. I have always been a service provider but the many career choices that I have endured hours of study and school, just never truly fulfilled me, like Real Estate has been. I have ranged from Master Cosmetology, Massage Therapy and countless other avenues, just to name a few!! But Real Estate has my full attention and I have fallen in love with every aspect of the career. It was a lot to fully grasp and I learn and take on many exciting and challenging task daily but it feels so fulfilling to my soul. I literally dream about Real Estate.

We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.

Coming up, I was the baby of 5. Low income, barely could get school shoes from the discount table. I just knew that I wanted more and as an adult with my own children now, I did not have to continue with a low income mindset! I am not a materialistic person either. I still clearance shop lol, but to have the available funds to do so, for my kids school sports, braces, small business ideals etc.,.

I have seen struggle, been in struggle and struggle tried to follow me in my adult life, but with God all things are and is possible!! Every day I push and focus! Push and focus! Focus and push!! Because I will succeed and endure to the end!!
