Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Adrian Bricks. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Adrian , appreciate you joining us today. How did you learn to do what you do? Knowing what you know now, what could you have done to speed up your learning process? What skills do you think were most essential? What obstacles stood in the way of learning more?
It took years in playing my part mastering the basics. I had my son at 21 so it’s difficult trying to be young and do this things such as acting knowing you not getting paid much because you are still a beginner. So if I knew what I knew now about life in general I would have been went for the goal no letting up no trying to make kids at early I would have established myself then made a family. Don’t get me wrong I love having my family there through the way

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your background and context?

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
I was born in Alexandria grew up in Foster home adopted at 5 but went back in the system at age 15. I was homeless when I graduated high school I was told I couldn’t do nothing without my adoptive parent I was given a bad hand and still pursued my career and built a life for myself and my family don’t give up don’t quit god has the last say.

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?
I had to reraise myself once I got of age because I didn’t know anything about life I knew how to survive but didn’t know how to live. I want to say once you get in a habit of doing things by yourself you tend to think you can do it alone. I’m hear to tell that’s the long way you need a team of like minded individuals to be efficient in this life
