Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Adeola Fadumiye. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Alright, AdeOla thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. What’s the backstory behind how you came up with the idea for your business?
The idea for Inherit Haus started to form over a decade ago, a few years after I stepped into the world of entrepreneurship. Back then, it was a different landscape—one where walking into a room often meant being the only woman, or more specifically, the only Black woman. It was an isolating and delicate time for me. I was driven, but I often felt like I had no idea what I was doing, navigating unfamiliar spaces without a clear guide. While I was there to find clients and opportunities, I yearned for more than just professional contacts; I wanted a space where I could feel genuinely cared for and supported as I walked this new road.
After transitioning out of my third business in 2023, the vision for Inherit Haus wouldn’t let go. Those early experiences shaped my vision for it. I knew that women didn’t just need a place to network; we needed a place where we could connect in ways that went beyond the transactional and embraced the transformative. I wanted to build a space where women could walk into the room feeling seen and valued, where we could openly share our journeys, our vulnerabilities, and our aspirations.
Inherit Haus was born from this need, a community where women don’t just meet—they build real, meaningful relationships that help them grow both personally and professionally. It’s a place rooted in the ethos of “breaking bread, closing deals, and building tables together.” I understood that traditional networking often left out the crucial elements of care and collaboration, and I felt deeply called to fill that gap.
Today, Inherit Haus is not just a business; it’s a mission to redefine support for ambitious women. When I see women sponsor, advocate for, and genuinely uplift each other, I know we’re building something special. This is more than a venture—it’s the culmination of my journey and a commitment to create the kind of community I once needed. That’s why Inherit Haus is more than just worthwhile; it’s essential.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I’m AdeOla, a multi-passionate entrepreneur and founder of both ThriveCore and Inherit Haus. ThriveCore is a project and production company serving corporations and agencies, while Inherit Haus is a curated community for mid- to C-suite career and entrepreneurial women. These ventures mark my fourth and fifth entrepreneurial endeavors, reflecting over a decade of diverse experiences and a deep passion for creating impactful spaces and projects.
I began my career as a public relations and marketing. Istepped out into the entrepreneurial world as a copywriter and editor, eventually transitioning into event planning. My third business, a strategy-first podcast production company, focused on guiding clients through podcast creation from concept to execution, overseeing everything from scripting to guest acquisition and performance metrics. After transitioning out of that business in 2023, I took a gap year—a season of curiosity and exploration—where I reflected on my career and reimagined what I wanted to build next. That journey led to the creation of ThriveCore and Inherit Haus.
At ThriveCore, my work is grounded in years of leading complex projects across industries. I’ve overseen all aspects of production for podcasts, audiobooks, and photoshoots, managing schedules, budgets of up to $150,000, and cross-functional teams of ~20 experts. Whether developing strategic plans, ensuring creative alignment, or coordinating seamless execution, my focus is always on delivering high-quality results. I’ve honed skills in project management, creative production, storytelling, and strategic partnerships, all of which shape the work I do at ThriveCore today.
Inherit Haus, on the other hand, is a deeply personal mission. It’s a space designed to bring ambitious women together to connect, collaborate, and build relationships that foster both personal and professional growth. Rooted in the ethos of “breaking bread, closing deals, and building tables together,” it’s our version of a golf course—a place where women can show up authentically, advocate for one another, and create opportunities for shared success.
What sets my work apart is the intentionality behind every project and every connection I cultivate. I’m proud of the spaces I’ve created—whether it’s delivering seamless production through ThriveCore or empowering women through Inherit Haus. These ventures reflect not only my professional expertise but also my personal passion for connection, storytelling, and collaboration

Have you ever had to pivot?
The story of my most recent pivot began in 2023, when I decided to transition out of my third business, a strategy-first podcast production company. It was a business I had poured years of effort and creativity into and built a team of 15, but I began to feel a shift—a need to explore new ways to channel my energy and focus. After 15 years as an entrepreneur, I made the bold decision to step back and take a gap year—a season of curiosity and exploration.
During this time, I allowed myself to slow down, reflect, and reimagine what I wanted to build next. I revisited the lessons I had learned over the years: the power of storytelling, the importance of connection, and the strength in collaboration. I knew my next steps had to reflect not just my skills, but my values and the impact I wanted to make in the world.
This period of exploration led me to build two new ventures: ThriveCore and Inherit Haus. ThriveCore harnesses my years of project and production expertise to help corporations and agencies execute high-quality podcasts, audiobooks, and creative projects. Inherit Haus is deeply personal—a space for mid- to C-suite women to connect and collaborate, designed to foster care, intentionality, and authentic relationships.
Pivoting wasn’t easy. It required me to let go of something that had defined my career for years and embrace the uncertainty of starting over. But this shift allowed me to realign my work with my passion and purpose. It was a reminder that every ending can also be a beginning and that sometimes, stepping back is the most powerful way to move forward.
This pivot not only reshaped my career but also reinforced my belief in the importance of being intentional about the work we do and the spaces we create. It’s a lesson I carry into everything I build today.

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
I believe my reputation within my market has been built on three core principles: intentionality, excellence, and connection.
First, intentionality has always been central to my work. Whether I’m leading a complex production project with ThriveCore or curating intimate gatherings through Inherit Haus, I approach each opportunity with a clear purpose. I focus on creating meaningful impact, whether it’s helping a corporation launch a compelling podcast or fostering a space where women can connect authentically. People recognize that my work is not just about delivering a product or service but about elevating the experience and the outcome.
Second, I’ve built a reputation for excellence by being meticulous about every detail. In my years of leading projects, I’ve honed the ability to manage teams, budgets, and deadlines while ensuring that creative vision and quality are never compromised. My clients and collaborators trust that I will not only meet their expectations but often exceed them.
Lastly, connection has been a defining factor. I’ve worked hard to cultivate relationships based on trust, empathy, and collaboration. Whether it’s with clients, colleagues, or the women I bring together through Inherit Haus, I prioritize building genuine connections. People know they can rely on me to advocate for them, champion their goals, and create opportunities for their growth. A key part of my reputation has been my commitment to speaking other people’s names in rooms they don’t have access to—ensuring they are seen, recognized, and connected to opportunities that help them thrive.
Ultimately, my reputation isn’t just about my skills but how I make people feel—valued, supported, and empowered. For me, success is rooted in building a legacy of trust, collaboration, and meaningful relationships.
