Hi Adan , thanks for joining us today. Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?

We are a family business with well-established values, very committed to customer service, have a vision of structuring our business in a comfortable environment, valuing the entire work team, and training 100% qualified people to be able to offer our clients the confidence and credibility that we passionately elaborate our product of quality and authenticity.

Adan , love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

Founded in spring 2017 by the husband and wife team Adan and Yasmin Ventura, Tasty Paella is a company focused on traditional Spanish cuisine, specializing in paellas Our interest in tasty and delicious food drew me to become a chef while my wife Yasmin and I were living in Spain.
In 2011 we took a bold step and moved to Miami, FL. I continued improving my culinary skills and learning about the United States culture here.
In 2014 we decided to move to our current location in Dallas Tx. We then discovered that the experiences we learned while living in Spain enabled us to start a new live cooking show concept. At each event, the guests are delighted to experience live cooking with all the atmosphere, aromas, and entertainment that goes with such an event. Not to mention the food being served on-site and freshly prepared!
In 2019 we were awarded in “The semifinal of the International Paella Valenciana Contest” held in Washington D.C. where more than 30 chefs from all over the US participated.
In 2020 the world was shaken by the pandemic. The restaurant industry was devastated.
Through this time of adversity, we discovered a quick and simple way to deliver a Spanish favorite to people’s homes.
This is how our new product EASY PAELLA was born, an authentic and tasty frozen paella made with all the goodness and traditional flavor of Spain. Now available, in the Central Market locations in Texas and we continue working to introduce this exquisite product in new grocery stores.
In 2022 we won THE PRIZE for the BEST International Paella in the world championship in Spain! This positions us as one of the best paellas in the US and in the world where you can enjoy it in the comfort of your home living a unique experience.

Can you open up about how you funded your business?

We obtained our first capital from our savings and another part from a financial company called Liftfund, they offered us a first loan to start our business model.
