Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Adam Siegel. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Adam, appreciate you joining us today. We’d love to start by getting your thoughts on what you are seeing as some the biggest trends emerging in your industry
I see lots of companies moving toward the use of generative AI to try to accomplish more creative tasks and streamline processing. This is exciting as it enables more time for creatives to refine and produce drafts and prototypes in a much accelerated fashion; however, it also is concerning due to the elimination of human roles who would have previously done those tasks. Overall, the individuals who can manage to use these tools to help them do their job, while also staying fresh with new ideas will excel.
Adam, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I specialize in end to end production, having led content creation efforts alongside film, TV and streaming networks, international gaming studios, major financial institutions and several digital media conglomerates; the key to my success is anticipating client needs before they happen and aligning my goals in advance with those of the key stakeholders. I now live with my wife and 2 young sons in the north side of Austin, Texas; where I own and operate Dark Box Productions, a creative production company working with brands from all over the world to educate, entertain and inspire viewers.
Are there any books, videos, essays or other resources that have significantly impacted your management and entrepreneurial thinking and philosophy?
I read often. For breaks, but also to be inspired. Some of my favorites dealing in psychology, history and science; subjects with many “A ha!” moments no matter the field you are in.

Near the start of the pandemic, I moved with my pregnant wife, 18 month old son and newly adopted rescue Pug from LA to Austin, Texas. It was a big leap and we weren’t sure what it would lead to, but a few years in, we have never been happier.
