Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Adam Saada. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Alright, Adam thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Coming up with the idea is so exciting, but then comes the hard part – executing. Too often the media ignores the execution part and goes from idea to success, skipping over the nitty, gritty details of executing in the early days. We think that’s a disservice both to the entrepreneurs who built something amazing as well as the public who isn’t getting a realistic picture of what it takes to succeed. So, we’d really appreciate if you could open up about your execution story – how did you go from idea to execution?
Saada Productions is about increasing revenue through video strategy. No two clients are the same and this is not about applying a cookie cutter template from one client to another. First we have a discovery call to talk about what’s working in your business, and what’s not working. What would you like to improve on? Are you getting enough quality leads? What is your dream come true scenario? Why is there a gap between you and your future goals? What is your average sale? Is there anything you’d like to be easier in your business? We answer all of this and more during our discovery call and not rush the process of idea to execution.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
As a business owner, you’ve invested years of hard work and valuable resources to serve your customers. But with your market flooded by competitors all vying for attention, how do you rise above the noise and make a lasting impact?
And let’s face it, social media videos are everywhere. But too often, they’re stale and quickly forgotten—much like that generic “Live, Laugh, Love” sign.
We do things differently. No more awkward green screens, lackluster footage, or forgettable content. We’re here to create bold, professional, engaging videos that capture attention, connect with your audience, and boost your bottom line. When you only get one shot at making a first impression, let’s make it count.

Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
Word of mouth is always the best way of getting new clients. When you do such an amazing job for one client, they rave about you. When they send you to their friend, that friend already knows what to expect and are excited for you to help them.

Have you ever had to pivot?
When the Covid-19 Pandemic hit in 2020, most video businesses lost their revenue streams. There were no more weddings, corporate functions, mass gatherings, conferences, movies being filmed, and in-person events. What once was a booming business in 2019 suddenly was at a standstill. Saada Productions pivoted in 2020 to businesses that needed video marketing during the pandemic, such as medical clinics and law firms. When one door closes, another opens. The key to staying afloat during the pandemic was pivoting to the companies that needed their message amplified and not just accept defeat that we all had to stay at home.
