In my early years, my parents separated when I was just one year old. It was during this time that my mother found solace in activities that brought her joy. I distinctly remember her dedication to aerobics and running, but what truly stood out was her willingness to step out of her comfort zone and enroll in a Whitewater kayaking course. These memories hold a special place in my heart, as they represent the beginning of my mother’s journey towards self-discovery and empowerment.
Looking back on my mom’s process, I now realize the profound impact it had on shaping my own values and priorities. Witnessing her commitment to prioritizing movement and health, I began to understand the importance of taking care of oneself. She not only nurtured her physical well-being but also cultivated her sense of self through these activities. Her determination and dedication inspired me to embrace the significance of being active and welcoming challenges into my life.
Growing up with a mother who constantly sought adventure in the great outdoors, I learned to appreciate the beauty of nature and the value of continuous growth. Her example instilled in me a curiosity to explore new experiences and push beyond my comfort zone. The desire to expand my horizons, both physically and mentally, became deeply ingrained in my mindset.

Originally from Australia, I now reside in the stunning landscapes of Utah, where I live with my British wife and our two young daughters. With a diverse background in health and wellness, as well as a career as a professional actor and dancer, I strive to infuse joy and fulfillment into my own life and the lives of those around me.
I wholeheartedly believe in the power of personal connection and embracing the simple joys that make life truly special. It is this belief that fuels my passion for helping others make the most out of their lives. Through years of personal growth and exploration, I’ve come to understand that it’s the small, everyday moments that have the potential to create extraordinary experiences.
Inspired by my own journey and the desire to provide men with a platform for self-awareness and support, I created an adventure fit program designed specifically for guys. This program combines fitness, therapy, and a strong sense of community to offer a transformative experience unlike any other.
Drawing from my extensive experience in the health and wellness industry, as well as my background in performance arts, I’ve crafted a comprehensive program that encompasses training, breathwork, mobility exercises, meditation, and weekly one-on-one check-ins. In addition, participants undergo a full blood panel analysis to ensure a thorough understanding of their health needs.
But what truly sets my adventure fit program apart is the profound emphasis on community and connection. We provide a supportive platform for guys to openly share their experiences, fostering authentic connections and understanding. Through this community, participants gain a strong support network that extends far beyond the program itself, creating lasting friendships and a sense of belonging.

Resilience is an incredible trait that can be nurtured and honed, opening doors to personal growth and transformation. Reflecting back on my twenties, I held an image of myself as someone driven by hard work and good values. However, as I entered my mid-thirties, I embarked on a profound journey of self-discovery, peeling back the layers to truly understand who I was at my core. Along this introspective path, I confronted the uncomfortable truth that the version of myself I projected needed significant improvement, with unresolved issues lurking beneath the surface.
With unwavering determination, I delved deep into my identity, facing those hard truths head-on. It became clear that as we age, the true power of wisdom lies in our ability to embrace change. Resilience is the key that unlocks the door to growth and development, propelling us forward on the path to becoming the best versions of ourselves. Training and knowledge matter of course, but beyond that what do you think matters most in terms of succeeding in your field?
In our quest to assist others, possessing extensive knowledge and experience may seem valuable, but it holds no true worth if we fail to lend an ear and truly hear the problems of those seeking our help. Too often, we become preoccupied with showcasing our expertise or offering solutions, disregarding the fundamental importance of active listening. However, genuine support often lies in the simple act of attentively listening. Moreover, effective communication plays a crucial role in ensuring that the person we’re aiding feels truly heard and understood.
It is essential to acknowledge that it’s perfectly acceptable to admit when we don’t have all the answers. Instead, we can foster an environment of collaboration, reassuring individuals that we are committed to working together to find solutions. Most importantly, clients desire to feel genuinely cared for, and by demonstrating honesty and vulnerability, we establish a foundation of trust that can enhance the client relationship and foster positive outcomes.
