Adam, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Before we get into specifics, let’s talk about success more generally. What do you think it takes to be successful?
Success in real estate and the property management industry is all about building trust, providing exceptional service, and being adaptable in a constantly evolving market. It takes a strong combination of dedication, problem-solving, and a deep understanding of properties, contracts, and the people involved as well.

Not only do I have the most incredible business partners, but our team of contractors, service providers, and real estate professionals have paved the way in helping create an amazing product for our clients. We’ve had great success by teaming up with trusted, teammates, reliable partners who share values and commitment to quality. It’s not just about having the right resources—it’s about working with people who truly care and can help drive your business forward.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I’ve been in real estate for nearly 15 years, and my journey into the industry began with a hands-on approach alongside my wife, Michelle, who is also a real estate broker. We started by purchasing homes, moving into them and fixing them up, and selling them. That experience taught us not only the value of real estate but also the power of hard work and the potential for growth in this field. As we gained more experience, we expanded our focus to include building our realty business, which ultimately led to the creation of a property management business after we purchased our first rental property in 2017.
This opened my eyes to the tremendous value of managing properties with care and strategy. That led us to launch Complete Realty Solutions in 2020, starting with 45 units under management. Fast forward to today, and we now manage over 900 units. Our rapid growth is due to the amazing partnerships I’ve formed with people like my business partner and our CEO, Corey Boxx, and key partners, including Dave Indelicato, Keli Lowe and so many more important team members. We have grown to nearly 45 associates that work with us. Together, we’ve created a team that shares a vision for growth, service, and success.
At Complete Realty Solutions, we offer comprehensive property management services for residential and multi-family properties, ensuring that both owners and tenants receive the best experience possible. We manage everything from leasing and maintenance to financial reporting and tenant relations. Additionally, we help real estate investors grow their portfolios by offering strategic advice on acquisitions, rental income maximization, and long-term investment planning.
What sets us apart is our ability to scale while maintaining a personal touch. I’m most proud of the team we’ve built and the way we’ve been able to grow so rapidly without compromising on the quality of service we provide. From the early days of fixing up homes with Michelle to now managing nearly a thousand units, the journey has been one of constant learning, adaptation, and building meaningful relationships.

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
One of the defining moments of my journey came in early 2019 when, despite already being in real estate, I found myself completely broke. At the time, Michelle and I were hit hard by a series of setbacks. Flips that had seemed promising didn’t pan out, deals that weren’t paying off, and it felt like we had reached rock bottom. It was a tough, humbling time, but rather than giving up, Michelle and I leaned on each other, staying focused on our vision and supporting one another every step of the way. We changed our Faith in money to complete Faith in God and everything changed from that point on.
We knew we had to stay resilient. I dug deep and relied on my experience in sales and business to rebuild. By the end of 2021, not only had we recovered, but we had completely transformed our trajectory. I completed over 100 transactions as a realtor in that time period, which gave me more financial backing to purchase properties and launch our company. I also acquired 50 rental units during that period, which became the core of our investment strategy.
In 2020, we launched Complete Realty Solutions, our property management company, and worked hard to build a solid team. By the end of 2021, we had added over 200 units to the management division.
Looking back, what I’m most proud of is how Michelle and I worked through that difficult period, never losing faith in each other or in our goals. It wasn’t just about bouncing back—it was about pushing forward, learning from our challenges, and building something even stronger than before. That resilience, coupled with the support of our team, is what has allowed us to turn things around and achieve far more than we ever thought possible.

We’d love to hear about how you met your business partner.
The story of how I met my business partner, Corey Boxx, goes back to over a decade ago, when we were both managing sister companies owned by a close friend. Corey stood out right away—he was sharp, dependable, and someone everyone instantly liked. His leadership skills were undeniable, and it didn’t take long to see that he had a unique ability to connect with people and get things done.
Fast forward to late 2021, and Corey approached me with a proposition that changed the course of our business. He had just left his corporate job and was eager to buy houses with me. At that time, I was completely overwhelmed. I was juggling everything—sales, management, vision-setting, and running multiple divisions of the business. I was drowning in work and knew I needed help, so when Corey came to me, I thought, “Boy, do I have a position for you.”
I offered him a partnership in the entire company and proposed he take on the role of CEO, where he could manage our staff and oversee the property management division. This would free me up to focus on realty and acquisitions, which had become my main priority. It was instantly a match made in heaven.
Corey exceeded all of my expectations. His leadership was invaluable, and his ability to handle the day-to-day operations allowed me to focus on growing the business. With his help, it opened me up to acquire properties at a pace faster than I projected.
Over time, Corey became more than just a business partner—he’s become a great friend, and even more like a brother. I look forward to working alongside him every week, and I know that he’s someone I can lean on and count on to show up every single day. Together, we’ve built something incredible, and I’m grateful to have him by my side in this journey.
