We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Abigail Williams. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Abigail below.
Hi Abigail, thanks for joining us today. Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?
Whenever I think of my purpose in life, It always leads back to what my one desire is. Helping the young people who want to start their business but does not know how, or have access to the tools, is what I feel is in my heart to achieve. I always noticed when it came to people asking for business advice, I would go on and on about the little things they should know when jump-starting their company all while giving them hacks on what I personally do with my jewelry business-Dazzle Me Please. It gives me joy when I can enlighten my colleagues or people that I may see struggle on Instagram with page aesthetics. I know that with my current business, it will skyrocket to one day to turn into me hosting conferences to people in need who need helps to launch or maintain their business

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I am Abigail Williams, the CEO of Dazzle. I was trained in entrepreneurial skills and business mindset;. After studying entrepreneurship for 5 years I finally found a creative business idea I can implement my interest and skills to. I have been a jewelry lover for years…after contemplating on buying a custom name plate from an online Instagram page, an epiphany arose, and I came to the decision that I would buy some initial bracelets and necklaces funded by a summer camp stipend and created an Instagram page to sell the products that I had brought on hand. I had a surplus of family members and friends that supported me, and soon after I was able to start selling on Instagram to people I did not know. Now 2 years later, I have serviced customers from Georgia, Maryland, California, to New York and Texas.
You may be asking, what is Dazzle Me Please, and why should you invest in custom jewelry?
Generic jewelry can be worn on just about anyone. It lacks individuality and doesn’t make you unique.
Why rock plain, boring jewelry, when you can rock something that has your name or face on it! Dazzle Me Please is an E-Commerce business, We set you apart from others with our personalized jewelry and allow you to stand out from an individual with a generic piece.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
Instagram has helped me build my reputation, since that was the platform I initially started on. From the beginning of time, It was always Instagram that helped me bring in clientele. With those customers, it enabled me to build my Google Reviews every time they would purchase and receive their product. Now I have all 5-star reviews with 25 reviewers. Now I am the to go stop shop for customers searching for their first custom piece.

Can you talk to us about how your funded your business?
I was always an extracurricular kind of gal. I would constantly do summer camps and clubs in my high school based around business or digital media. In the summer of 2020, which was before Dazzle Me Please launched. I attended a summer business camp and received a stipend of $200. With that $200 I bought $7 worth of merchandise, packaging supplies and business cards. With those investments and the sake of a free social media account, I was able to promote my jewelry to my friends and family member, and quickly made profit from those pieces to invest in other custom pieces for new customers that certainly did come.
