We were lucky to catch up with Abdul Gieballa recently and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, Abdul thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Is there a historical figure you look up to? Who are they and what lessons or values have you learned from them?
Isaac Newton once stated, “If I have seen further it is by standing on the shoulders of Giants.” I find this quote both humbling and inspiring for the fact that it pays homage to those who have put in the work and sacrifices before us to allow us the opportunities to do what we can do today, all while challenging us to do the same for those that come after us. This human experience we share is a byproduct of our collective experiences and work. Everyone’s contribution was necessary to get us to this point and will continue to be needed as we strive further. Personally, this quote serves a constant reminder that what I do and hope to accomplish is bigger than just myself. Especially, at times we are so focused on the tasks at hand we can fall susceptible to losing track of the greater, overarching picture.
Abdul, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

Are there any books, videos, essays or other resources that have significantly impacted your management and entrepreneurial thinking and philosophy?
There are two books that have significantly impacted my management and entrepreneurial thinking and philosophy: “The 48 Laws of Power” by Robert Greene and “The 22 Laws of Branding” by Al Ries and Laura Ries.
“The 48 Laws of Power” provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the nature of power and how it operates in the business world. This book taught me how to navigate complex social and political dynamics in the workplace and in my entrepreneurial endeavors. The lessons I learned from this book have helped me become more strategic in my decision-making, more aware of the motives of others, and more adept at building strong alliances.
“The 22 Laws of Branding” is a classic book on the principles of brand building, and it has helped me develop a deeper understanding of how to create and communicate a strong brand identity. This book taught me that a brand is not just a logo or a tagline, but a collection of associations and emotions that people have about a product or service. The lessons I learned from this book have helped me build a powerful brand for my own company, as well as advise others on how to do the same. Overall, both of these books have played a significant role in shaping my management and entrepreneurial thinking and philosophy.
Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
The most effective strategy for growing our clientele at my company has been to prioritize doing good business by delivering exceptional service and adding value to our clients through our products and services. Our focus on quality and customer satisfaction has helped us build a reputation as a trusted and reliable provider, which has led to a significant amount of word-of-mouth referrals and repeat business. Additionally, we have leveraged digital marketing and social media to reach new audiences and showcase the value we can offer. However, at the core of our growth strategy is a commitment to delivering exceptional service and consistently exceeding our clients’ expectations.
In addition to prioritizing exceptional service and adding value to our clients, we have also been successful in growing our clientele by creating cutting-edge technological solutions that were previously thought to be far-fetched.
