Yes! Absolutely. You have to take a break and relax! If you burn yourself out, you’ll resent what you’re doing. Treat yourself and reward yourself for all your hard work!

I’m Abba! I’m a choreographer/dance instructor and studio owner in the metro Atl area. I’m also the creative director for Movement, The Workshop. This workshop is designed for dancers looking to develop their artistry and gain knowledge of the professional dance world!
This summer I’ll also bring launching, Movement, The Company! A pre professional and professional dance company!

How do you keep your team’s morale high?

Communication and respect! 100 percent. Communicating properly and making sure that your team feels seen, loved and appreciated is SO IMPORTANT!

What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?

Staying true to your brand and who you are!
