Aashiyana, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. We’d love to hear about when you first realized that you wanted to pursue a creative path professionally.

Growing up, I was always drawn to music and acting. I found myself constantly singing along to my favorite songs and immersing myself in the characters of movies and TV shows. As I got older, I started to see these interests not just as hobbies, but as something I could potentially make a career out of. There wasn’t one specific moment when it all clicked, but rather a gradual understanding that this was what I was truly passionate about. Whether it was performing in school musicals, writing my own songs, or spending hours practicing my instruments, I felt happiest when I was being creative. Ultimately, it was a combination of encouragement from family and friends, a love for the craft, and a desire to share my art with others that solidified my decision to pursue a career in the arts. It hasn’t always been easy, but looking back, I know I made the right choice. Being able to do what I love every day is a privilege, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

This early experience laid the foundation for my future career as an actor and musician. As I honed my skills and gained confidence in my abilities, I began pursuing opportunities to perform professionally. When I see how my performance resonates with audiences, sparking empathy and reflection, it’s incredibly satisfying. Similarly, as a musician, there’s a magical connection that forms between my voice, my instrument, and the listeners. Ultimately, whether I’m on stage or in front of a camera, the most rewarding moments are those where I feel a genuine connection with my audience.
