We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Aaron Lindsay . We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Aaron below.
Aaron , thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?
My mission is to help busy professional take charge of their health both physically and mentally by using strength training and boxing. I keep pushing because know what it is to very over weight, health issue mentally and physically. I have walked in all my clients shoes at one point in life. Now being down 130Lbs and maintaining. I have made it my mission to help others.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
I got into the industry as being my first client. I went from athlete to very overweight after college and then adding of a layer of finding myself. Took a toll on me mentally which physically then I turned to comfort foods. This took its affects on me by gaining weight. My max was 295lbs, knee pain, exhaustion and lack of knowledge how it was pulling me down mentally.
So now I use the methods with my clients that help me regain my health mentally and physically through boxing and strength training.
One of the things I am proud about that clients receive results, knowledge and self awareness of creating a better relationship with food

We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?
Honestly I began to share my story more. My mentor Coach G always told me there is power in being open and vulnerable. It wasn’t until I started talking to people and a segment on channel 9 news that I saw how true that was. Of course I’m still nervous to share but I have been happy to use my story as motivation and I add some funny reels in here and there.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
I will be honest it’s hard being a business owner. I went from being laid off during Covid to really driving into something I had a passion and love for. I developed this love by working as PT aide and Chiropractic assistant and I always use some methods in my training to help aide clients. I have been told no a million times but I never gave up and I keep doing things in a way I feel doesn’t diminish my morals. I will not work with someone whom does not align with my values.
