Alright, Aaron thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. We’d love to hear about how you went about setting up your own practice and if you have any advice for professionals who might be considering starting their own?

I started working in a couple of groups before I went solo.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

I am a surgeon entrepreneur. I started my practice in 2016 as a solo surgeon. My specialties include Head & Neck Surgery (Otolaryngology), Facial Plastic and Reconstructive surgery, and body contouring. I service a wide array of clientele through my boutique practice, Georgia Center for ENT and Facial Plastic Surgery. I have come to love what I do. I take great pride in solving problems with my mind and my hands. I take special pride in serving my gifts to the community and taking on the many challenges this presents. I welcome all of my patients and clients like family, and do my best to deliver world class service and results.

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?

I take my time to explain things. I have found that patients appreciate when you help them understand what needs to be done and how it will be done. That builds trust and makes them comfortable. When patients trust you and are comfortable with you, it sets you apart from the competition.

Are there any books, videos or other content that you feel have meaningfully impacted your thinking?

Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon HIll is a major one. Mastery by Robert Greene also comes to mind. I also read constantly to stay up on what is current and trending within my surgical areas of interest.
