We were lucky to catch up with Aaron Ankrah recently and have shared our conversation below.

Aaron, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

I’m a young entrepreneur in the field of graphic designing running the brand zzollarr. zzollarrstudios got creative solutions for your visual needs being it flyers, photo or video edit, social media management, t-shirt design and print, website designs and more. What sets us apart is our donation policy which ensures a percentage of any payment made for a design is channeled to helping the poor. We are proud of our customer satisfaction so far.

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?

Most people show no hesitation on jumping on social media when it comes to building audience. Social media is a powerful tool for building audience but what is necessary the most in building an audience is the connection. It’s the connection that brings them back to patronize your service. This is why for me I started building my audience from the people around me: people I know personally: my friends, teachers, pastors and most importantly my family. Its a whole new force when these people are the ones pushing you in the social media space. You get to post so little and receive so much.

Do you have any insights you can share related to maintaining high team morale?

With people constantly changing in their beliefs and coordination systems, it has never been this difficult to manage a team. This is the more reason we need God to affect our businesses and go beyond the limits we can’t reach ourselves like knowing the heart of a employees and ensuring genuine unity among workers.
