Brand loyalty is such a stale and detached way of referring to how much love your clients have for you and your brand. How much they love you often correlates very highly with how appreciated they feel – and while most business owners want to increase brand loyalty, we feel there isn’t nearly enough discussion about one of the key factors, making clients feel appreciated. So, we’re trying to connect with business owners and operators who are willing to share stories that illustrate how they’ve made their clients feel loved and appreciated.

In my experience as a basketball player, one of the best things my trainers did for me was show up for me both physically and mentally. Not a lot of trainers take the time out of their weekend to go and show support for their trainee(s) at tournaments, which I can not fathom. On the other hand, as a trainer, you play the role as mentor as well. One must understand the mental state of their trainee(s) and must know how to precisely show support and encouragement. I professionally photograph 80 percent of all the jobs. Sometimes it involves a just a room or potentially a few rooms. I show customers that I appreciate them when staging their job with some personal items from their home like an interesting pair of shoes, a quirky teapot, or maybe grandma’s reading glasses on a writing desk. For example…one of my customers is a college professor and has three children. I staged her office with print of an owl symbolizing her as the wise one or teacher with identical pieces of pottery that symbolize her three children on a shelf over her desk. Read more>>
