Brand loyalty is such a stale and detached way of referring to how much love your clients have for you and your brand. How much they love you often correlates very highly with how appreciated they feel – and while most business owners want to increase brand loyalty, we feel there isn’t nearly enough discussion about one of the key factors, making clients feel appreciated. So, we’re trying to connect with business owners and operators who are willing to share stories that illustrate how they’ve made their clients feel loved and appreciated.

Building Partnerships in the Travel Tech Industry:
One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is collaborating with tour operators, people who often balance passion and grit to bring their local culture to life. I’ve built lifelong relationships with many of them by taking the time to understand their pain points, stepping into their shoes, and aligning my expertise with their needs. Read more>>

My business is built upon reader and customer appreciation. When I first started my website, it was a resource of free learning activities, encouragement and home balance tips. As I scaled it up to better support customer needs, my family’s needs and our busy life homeschooling, adding resources that were accessible in the online store just made sense. It gave the readers and customers the acknowledgement that they had so much free access to helpful tips and tools that when new products are added into the shop they are impactful and worth the cost. One of the most memorable ways we’ve shown our appreciation for our customers was through the “Bikini Scenes & Swifty Dreams” giveaway in 2023. In the early days of JVB Swim, we organized a contest to give a lucky winner and their guest an unforgettable experience with a curated trip to California. The prize included floor seat tickets to the highly coveted Taylor Swift Eras Tour at SoFi Stadium, travel accommodations including airfare, safe and reliable transportation provided by Ride Alto, and a weekend stay gifted from The Sea Sprite Motel. It truly was a dream come true for the winner and her bestie, both Swifties from Chicago. Staying at the Hermosa beachfront property, they could relax on the sand or walk just around the corner to the Hermosa Beach Pier—where Taylor Swift was honored with the first-ever Icon Award at the 2019 Teen Choice Awards. I have to feature a few stories that come directly from my dear customers:
“I commissioned a special watercolor of our three dogs to give to my wife for her birthday. Our dogs range from 6 lbs. to 125 Ibs. and are different breeds each with unique features and colors. This created a real scaling challenge! Marissa did an absolutely amazing job capturing the image and spirit of our pets! I was very impressed with her attention to every small detail. She is truly a gifted artist. My wife was so surprised that she cried when I gave her the gift. She is ecstatic about Marissa’s finished product and has since framed it for us to enjoy for years to come! We could not be happier and highly recommend Melane & Co.” Read more>>

For me, it’s all about service that goes beyond the transaction. One of the offers in my suite is a 60-minute financial consultation where I help clients focus on the area of their finances that needs the most attention. The goal? To help them gain clarity, take meaningful steps forward, and ultimately achieve their financial goals.
But here’s the thing: I know that one session alone can’t fix everything. What my clients truly need is a map—a journey that offers support, accountability, and guidance through the different seasons of life. Read more>>
