Brand loyalty is such a stale and detached way of referring to how much love your clients have for you and your brand. How much they love you often correlates very highly with how appreciated they feel – and while most business owners want to increase brand loyalty, we feel there isn’t nearly enough discussion about one of the key factors, making clients feel appreciated. So, we’re trying to connect with business owners and operators who are willing to share stories that illustrate how they’ve made their clients feel loved and appreciated.

One of my best moments is when a couple came in to celebrate their anniversary. The wife mentioned her husband had been ill, and they were trying to make the best of their night. Wanting to make it special, I worked to create a custom dish for them arranged a rare wine pairing. I also set up a surprise dessert with a personal note. And played their favorite playlist. Their reaction was priceless – the husband was moved to tears. It was a simple gesture, but it made their night unforgettable and showed them how much we appreciated them. Read more>>

At The Trenches Global and Armon Rashod clothing store, I once saw a team member go above and beyond in a way that left a lasting impact on a customer—and it was a simple but heartfelt gesture. A regular customer had come in looking for a specific jacket that had been out of stock for a few weeks. She was frustrated because it was a limited-edition piece she had been eyeing, and she had been checking in every few days, hoping it would be restocked. The store had no immediate plans to get more, and she was visibly disappointed. Read more>>

The Heart of Event Planning: Showing Couples They Are Truly Appreciated In the world of event planning, it’s easy to get caught up in the big picture — the venue, the flowers, the decor, the guest list. It’s those personal touches, the thoughtful gestures that truly make a couple feel seen and appreciated. One of the most powerful ways to show a couple that they are valued is by investing in the details. It’s about going beyond the to-do list and infusing your care and passion into every interaction. When I began my real estate journey, I wanted to think big picture and create a business plan with a long term vision. I knew that the business would not come overnight and being new in the business, those customers/clients who made the decision to work with me would be building something foundational, whether they realized it or not. I came up with the idea of the Legacy Circle for my first 10 clients as a way of showing them how much I valued their commitment to helping me truly build a long-lasting and sustainable business of serving others and this gave me a chance to illuminate them and memorialize them. I worked really hard to build a brand symbol of the Legacy Circle and as I add a new client, I include their name and photo of the property to always remember their part in my journey and for me to always fondly recall those first clients. With the level of trust my clients give me, I like to show appreciation back where I can. When you order with me, especially custom workings, I almost always include SOMETHING extra to boost up the love and care put into the magic. For all orders that I can, whether its stickers, or small crystals that compliment the work, or some other small token of offering there is something I feel pulled to include for you! Some of my clients are very personal and close to me or started off as friends years ago, and when they support and trust me with this kind of inner work, I try to give back in both quality of service and finishing touches. I think the best thing I have ever done for someone purchasing from me was the time at a market where someone was building a gift bag for their partner and expressed they had a budget and could only pick up the main item despite a few smaller ones being something the recipient would fawn over too, so I made them a deal and also added in a crystal tumble so they could get the main item, which was a necklace I believe, and the jewelry cleansing salt to go along with it. I chose a crystal that matched the intention the were building for their partners gift and they seemed to be soo grateful for the blessing. They came by to chat some more before leaving and expressed how tight things are and how special it was to them that I was generous in that moment. Read more>>
