Brand loyalty is such a stale and detached way of referring to how much love your clients have for you and your brand. How much they love you often correlates very highly with how appreciated they feel – and while most business owners want to increase brand loyalty, we feel there isn’t nearly enough discussion about one of the key factors, making clients feel appreciated. So, we’re trying to connect with business owners and operators who are willing to share stories that illustrate how they’ve made their clients feel loved and appreciated.

Typically, I provide customized presents to all my clients. Throughout the process, I pay attention to their preferences and characteristics. I always say that I am a vibe & experience. My clientele doesn’t just get a photo shoot, video or photos from me, I always go above and beyond and give them extra or bonus things (creative photos/videos) from their bookings with me. Poetic Flow Photography & Poetic Flow Productions always make sure that clients feel appreciated, happy and have smiles on their faces and hearts. Clients love that they receive all photos (unedited) and select photos of clients choosing are edited. As a mobile photographer, clients also enjoy the luxury and comfort of not having to leave their homes for photos. During event photography, clients are always thrilled that photos are uploaded to social media within a 12-24 hour time frame. Read more>>

With my business I deal with a wide range of clients. The ones that stick out to me the most are the clients that are in prison and they have their spouses to conduct their trucking businesses on the outside. When I meet some of the wives I make sure to build special relationships with them (I do with all my clients) but in this case I know the wives are doing their best to follow the leads of their husbands so I extend an extra level of care in assisting with making sure they have all of the necessary resources to run their businesses properly. It’s funny because alot of them will include me on their weekly calls with their spouse and I have to ensure him that his wife is doing a great job on the outside and not be so hard on her.
