Today we’d like to introduce you to Winter Harris
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My journey began with a deep-seated passion for helping others uncover their full potential. Through my own personal experiences and challenges, I discovered the transformative power of hope, healing, and authentic self-expression. As I shared my insights and wisdom with others, I realized I had a unique gift for connecting with people and inspiring them to create positive change in their lives.
This realization sparked a desire to reach a wider audience, leading me to embrace various platforms for sharing my message. I began writing books, speaking at events, and utilizing media channels to spread my message of empowerment and resilience. My words resonated with many, and I quickly found myself building a global community of individuals who were eager to learn and grow.
As my influence expanded, I felt a calling to empower women specifically. I founded a thriving mentorship and support community for women, providing them with the tools, resources, and guidance they needed to overcome obstacles and achieve their dreams. In addition, I started offering professional consulting services to entrepreneurs and women in business, helping them to develop their leadership skills and build successful ventures.
My story is one of continuous growth, evolution, and a commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of others.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
My journey has been incredibly rewarding, but it certainly hasn’t been without its challenges. Balancing motherhood with a burgeoning career has often been a delicate dance, requiring careful time management and unwavering support from loved ones.
There have been times when self-doubt crept in, questioning whether my voice truly mattered or if I was making a real difference. Imposter syndrome is a common struggle for many, and I’ve had my fair share of those moments. However, I’ve learned to overcome these doubts by focusing on my purpose, trusting my instincts, and surrounding myself with a strong network of mentors and peers who believe in me.
Additionally, building a business and establishing myself as an authority in multiple fields has required a tremendous amount of hard work, perseverance, and resilience. There have been setbacks and failures along the way, but I’ve embraced these experiences as opportunities for growth and learning.
In the end, the struggles have only served to strengthen my resolve and deepen my passion for what I do. They’ve taught me the importance of staying true to myself, embracing vulnerability, and never giving up on my dreams.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
At my core, I’m a passionate storyteller and communicator. I specialize in using my voice and words to inspire, uplift, and empower others. My work encompasses various forms, including writing, speaking, coaching, and entrepreneurship.

I believe in sharing my own struggles and triumphs to create a deeper connection with my audience and show them that they are not alone. My message of hope, healing, and personal transformation resonates with people from all walks of life.
As an author, I’ve published nine books and a two-part devotional on the YouVersion Bible App, all aimed at helping individuals discover their purpose and navigate life’s challenges with grace and resilience. As a speaker, I captivate audiences with my quick wit, humor, and powerful stories, leaving them feeling inspired and motivated to take action.
I’m also deeply committed to empowering women and entrepreneurs. Through my mentorship community and consulting services, I provide practical tools and guidance to help women overcome obstacles, build confidence, and achieve their personal and professional goals.
What I’m most proud of is the impact I’ve had on the lives of countless individuals around the world. Witnessing their transformations and hearing their stories of growth and resilience is incredibly rewarding. I’m also proud of the thriving community I’ve built, where women can connect, support each other, and celebrate their successes together.
What sets me apart is my unique blend of authenticity, vulnerability, and expertise. I’m not afraid to share my personal struggles and imperfections, which makes me more relatable and approachable. At the same time, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table, having earned an MBA and currently pursuing a doctorate in business administration.
I believe that my ability to connect with people on a deep level, coupled with my unwavering commitment to empowering others, is what truly sets me apart.
We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
For me, success isn’t solely measured by external achievements or material possessions. While those things can be rewarding, true success lies in the positive impact I have on others and the personal growth I experience along the way.
Success is witnessing the transformation and empowerment of individuals and communities. It’s seeing someone break free from limiting beliefs, discover their purpose, and step into their full potential. It’s knowing that my words, actions, and support have made a meaningful difference in their lives.
Success is also about continuously learning, evolving, and pushing myself beyond my comfort zone. It’s embracing challenges, overcoming obstacles, and never giving up on my dreams. It’s about staying true to my values, living with integrity, and using my platform to make a positive impact on the world.
Ultimately, success is a deeply personal journey. It’s about finding fulfillment, joy, and meaning in the work I do and the life I lead. It’s about being a loving mother, a supportive friend, and a beacon of hope for those who are seeking guidance and inspiration.
Success is not a destination, but a continuous process of growth, learning, and contribution. It’s about embracing the ups and downs of life, celebrating victories, learning from failures, and always striving to become the best version of myself.
