My name is Kelsi Sisley & this is a little bit about myself you might like to learn more about…. I was born & raised in San Diego, California moved to Virginia Beach, Va 12 years ago & studied/ graduated at Rudy & Kelly Academy. Since then I have been extremely passionate about what I love & my interest in makeup artistry / hairstyling & spray tanning. I’ve been working with some fabulous boudoir /wedding/ maternity/special occasion photographers & have created some of my favorite work yet! I am super friendly & outgoing & absolutely love to doll up my clients on there special day/ occasion/ just for fun whatever. Basically you can count on me to make your day shine brighter than ever!!!✨💎
